I took in my Toyota Tacoma for a broken driver side mirror Dave and Bobby customer service was excellent also they replaced and color matched my mirror it only took a day. It came out perfect I would take my truck here for any bodywork. Thanks guys!!!

Color match perfection. My 2006 Tacoma had the dreaded clear coat failure. Got the hood, door arches, grill and rear fender flares done. Color and metallic are perfect match in Sun and under lights.
I really appreciated Jay's suggestion to color match the grill insert instead of keeping it flat black. Looks great and cleans up easier.

Service was great when Gibson was working there. My last experience was not well. It was expensive, took a longer time than anticipated, on top of all that after I picked up my car as soon as I drove off the engine light came on. by the time I went home it was dark. The next morning found two dents with black streaks on the passenger side they were never there when I dropped off my car. Also, the other day when it was cloudy, raining, and little dark I tried turning on the light the switch wasn't working. The front office lady was sweet that's why gave 1 star

I was struck by a man on an E-bike which resulted in having the back passenger bottom door panel ripped off along with some scuffs in the door. I was able to purchase a new part from the dealership but it needed to be painted. Using yelp I found Precision Collision in Orange because it was right by my house. Friday morning I was able to pick up the part from the dealership around 11am. I then took it right over to Precision Collision where a nice gentleman named Gibson helped me. To my surprise, he was able to paint the part exactly to match within the SAME DAY at such a fair price. Around 3pm I received a call that my part was ready and within 15 minutes they put the part back on and buffed out the scuffs. This was the best customer service I have ever received when it comes to fixing my vehicle. I would give this place a 10/10 any day of the week.

Great price. Fast turn-around. My car looked great. They even cleaned up my headlights for free. I had a couple other quotes gong in so I had an expectation in my head -- they came in way under and were vey flexible in when they could do the work. Gibson was a great communicator - direct, honest, and transparent. These are not always things you can say when getting work done on your car.

I was pretty bummed out when my new shiny Black colored Tesla Model S Performance's front bumper, hood, and right-side pillar got deep scratches that revealed the shiny metal underneath. The damage was due to metal debris kicked up by the leading vehicle while traveling at high speed on the freeway. After searching many autobody shops and calls specializing in tesla autobody repairs I settled on Precision Collision. Gibson was happy to give me an estimate and assured me that the materials and repair process would be to specs and no shortcuts will be taken. He handled it all with my insurance representative. All in all, Gibson was very knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He set me up with a rental car through Enterprise. They came and picked me up and brought me to the rental car facility. Upon return, they brought me back to the auto body shop. The experience was painless. The car was dropped off on a Wednesday at 4 pm and I got it back on a Thursday at the same time, the following week. I am very happy and satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this shop. I got into a car accident back in 2022 October and my insurance co concluded as my fault, with that being said I needed my car to be appraised with a auto body shop of my choice. I ended up choosing one that was near my dealership and this place ended up saying my car damage was over 10k, making it, a total loss; my car is a 2016 Chevy Malibu LS and the damage was to both my doors on the driver's side with some slight damage to the center pillar towards the bottom or maybe the sill pillar, either way both my doors closed and locked, so I didn't feel as though my car damage was over 10k! Anyway I couldn't afford a whole new car & have payments when I nearly paid this car off & was about to move & money was tight. I needed a second opinion and fast! This place was recommended to me from a friend that I went to high school with and they really came through for me. I called and Gibson answered, he said to bring my car over for an estimate and I explained what damage occurred and made it clear that if my car couldn't be fixed for less than 10k that would be a total loss but if it is, then I would understand but that's exactly what I don't need! I just wanted my car fixed! Mind you, I'm a nurse not a mechanic. Anyway, my car was fixed for no more than 6k and it looked amazing! The customer service, timing, labor, updates and honesty really did make me feel as though they truly cared about me and my vehicle. I 100% recommend Precision Collision Auto Body in Orange to everybody in OC! Check out my photos. I'm extremely happy about the entire outcome and experience, even if I was stressed and needed a second opinion but good thing because I found a hidden gem!

My husband was side swiped on the freeway by a dunk driver. Thank goodness it was just minor damage to his car. We had taken it to a different repair shop first for an estimate. We were not happy with the previous place for multiple reasons so we searched for another shop and came upon Precision Collision & Autobody. And I can say I'm sooooo happy we did. They are by far the best shop to work with. Gibson is so professional, knowledgeable, and a great guy. He helped us through the whole process. And they did a phenomenal job on my husband's car. I hope we don't have any more accidents that need repairing. But if we do, we will always be returning here. I highly recommend this place. Thank you again Gibson!
