Needed a quick shop for an Oxford shirt and did not want to make the trip to Costa Mesa. With the nonexistent customer service here, I should have just went there. Upon walking in, the store is clean and well maintained, but I felt uncomfortable here. I could see the sales associates keeping an eye on my friend and I as we were going through shirts. Lol. Could not imagine the profiling in 2023, but I guess for this location, I'm not surprised. I wanted to stay longer and shop more, but I grabbed what I needed and left. Just because a person is not dress to the nines does not mean I'm going to grab your merchandise without paying. Keep it up. Let's see if you succeed in the future.

I asked the sales associate if they had a certain size in a shirt, she was rude and said no, then I saw it on a mannequin in my size and asked if it was possible and again told no. I found one thing and when I went to purchase I showed them a coupon my husband received and texted to my phone. They says they couldn't use it unless he came in, but unfortunately he was at work. Usually great customer at Ralph Lauren but not at this one.

The old lady who works at 5:00pn on june 28th has really bad attitude and no will to sell product. She was lazy and she has so fking bad mind. Do not visit this store

I bought 3 shirts same size, when I try it on at the shop, I tried 1 shirt that fitted perfectly, so I didn't try on the other 2. Got home, pull out the tags and washed/dried them as normal. At the time to wear them, I found out 1 of 3 shirts was shorter than other 2 about 2", I think this is a mistake cut from manufacture. I brought back to the store asking for exchange (not refund). This store refused to exchange for me, they said because I already washed and dried it, so it was on me, nothing they can do about it. I complaint that is manufacture mistake when making the shirt not in correct size as it supposed to be, but they ignored my complaint...this is $110 shirt, not $20. For a store like Polo Ralph Lauren like this, refused to responsible on their faulty product, was not acceptable. No wonder they never can compare with other store like Nordstrom or even Costco...I do not recommend this store to anyone, if you still want to buy, make sure you check it carefully before buying since they mixed the defected products among the good one and you might become another victim of this scam. I won't come back this store again.

Customer service fails on just about every aspect of a retail store.Spoke to management, then I understand why the service is atrocious.Terribly managed direction. Save your time, shop and/ or special order at Macy's or a different store which carries this iconic brand.

Maria is very helpful and friendly. The price is not very low for factory store but again it's Polo Ralph Lauren.

We needed help with purchasing multiple items at this polo outlet store and the staff here helped us throughout our whole process with nothing but professionalism and great customer service. The manager was kind and helpful and Irene also went above and beyond helping us and we were really thankful for her help. Definitely recommend this store!

Male staff was rude when I asked for help to check scent of perfumes. He didn't say a word and I was holding the sample paper for him and ignored me. He wasnt even doing anything when I approached him. As if he was super busy. Poor basic customer service. Time was at around 220pm. Curly hair and heavy set guy. Why do you even hire this kind of individual.

love love this store JOJO always go above and beyond and Dustin to put a jacket on hold for me in Carmillo Ralph Lauren Outlets. Ryan is always nice well . My family lovee this store . I wish you had kids :(

I always have a great experience but older hispanic lady in management gave me a negative attitude when I came in to try on a pair of jeans b/c I didn’t know my size. (model floor was being remodeled fitting rooms were closed) If you don’t like what you do just call off or resign. nobody needs that negative energy when you tryna shop. Set a positive example for the brand & younger employees.

I shop here all the time , last couple of time in the polo Mens in Citadel I was impressed with such a great customer service of Syheam . He went out of his way to help me , he is Amazing , Happy , with a smile all the time , and Polite. He's such an asset to this company. I usually don't get this kind of service from other staff, manager should train other staff to follow Syhesm's etiquette. Bella

ALWAYS CHECK THE RECEIPT. If you’re getting any clearance item, they will overcharge you. I had to rush to go home so I checked the receipt when I got home and found out they charged full price for clearance item. As soon as I found out, I called and ask how to adjust the difference. The guy who picked up the phone said sorry with mono tone and told me to come back to the store to show them the proof. I didn’t want to drive all the way to the outlet (30min driving for one way) just to get $27 of refund so I asked if there’s anything else I can do like sending pictures of receipt and price tag. He said no and I was about to hang up with frustration. I said “okay bye” and he byed me back with sarcastic tone and laughing sound which made me to write this review.*FYI, I spent $700 at the store that dayWhoever picked up the store phone call on 6/30 around 5:30pm, it’s obvious he doesn’t know how to pick up with a good manner or calm down customer who was overcharged by the store staff’s mistake.
