One of the more bizarre shopping experiences I’ve had… the store was dead empty but had about 5+ associates working on the floor and they were doing nothing but conversating about non work related topics. Talk about over scheduling. The offerings are slim pickings and there are a lot of full priced items when it’s supposed to be an outlet type store? Would never come here again.

Cashiers are very unfriendly. Came here on vacation and kindly asked to leave my coffee up front so as not to spill on any merchandise, and they threw it away on me while I was looking around. I won't be spending a cent here now.

Terrible service. I bought 400 dollars last Wednesday and they left two alarms on two items of clothing and I am already out of the country and I have no way to return until they take them away. I DO NOT recommend this store.

Been to a couple of RL stores and by far my experience with cashiers here are the unfriendliest . Like today 8/14/24, not paying attention to customers and kind of annoying when you know you’re being cut in the line .

I visited for the first time from the UK about a month ago and all the staff were really friendly and informative. A man named Jack was very informative and told us about all the current deals, we spent about $200+. All the staff were really helpful. Thanks team

I had a terrible experience shopping at the Polo Ralph Lauren factory store. I purchased five items of clothing, but the cashier only gave me two small bags, which made it difficult to carry everything. Additionally, the male cashier had a very bad attitude and kept giving me unfriendly looks throughout the transaction. It was an unpleasant and disappointing experience overall.

I go to a lot of different stores pretty regularly and deal with a lot of non genuine customer service staff/representatives, doesn’t really matter cause you can’t force someone to actually be nice nor care, but every once in a while you do, I came in with my brothers and mother and one member of staff named Erick / Eric really stood out to me by being nice, helpful, and overall a genuine person, that is the type of person a company should have leading others, he’s a great representation of “leading by example”.

Been a customer of polo Ralph Lauren for my entire life.Today’s service has resulted in losing a customer for life.Travelled from Australia and always do my shopping when I come to America at Polo. Only to be told I can only purchase a maximum of five items. As I’m not from America. Disgraceful.

Don’t buy anything in hopes of having it picked up by someone else. Me being a VP I wanted to order and have my assistant pick it up and was told their policy only allows pick up from the person buying it ONLY. Policy definitely needs modifying. I mean what if a senior citizen orders and wants their grandchild to pick it up for them? It’s a NO GO here at POLo Had to modify other store options who were a better fit for my needs

We were trying to refund for the wrong size hoodie and polo shirt BUT there’s a white bald guy with beards, he hostile rude and disrespectful. He tried to make up excuses to me so that to trouble me as much as possible even though I have our receipt and tags. He refused to provide us service.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU HAVE OPTION.

Needed a quick shop for an Oxford shirt and did not want to make the trip to Costa Mesa. With the nonexistent customer service here, I should have just went there. Upon walking in, the store is clean and well maintained, but I felt uncomfortable here. I could see the sales associates keeping an eye on my friend and I as we were going through shirts. Lol. Could not imagine the profiling in 2023, but I guess for this location, I'm not surprised. I wanted to stay longer and shop more, but I grabbed what I needed and left. Just because a person is not dress to the nines does not mean I'm going to grab your merchandise without paying. Keep it up. Let's see if you succeed in the future.

Moderately friendly and quiet. The price has no merit. Shirts are standard for Westerners, so the arms and waist are long, so there is no advantage. Just a sightseeing.
