We have been going to the training classes with our 2 golden retrievers and it has been awesome! We've all learned so much (doggies and pet parents). Cynthia has been our consistent trainer and is just great! She explains things well, demonstrates with the dogs and teaches you how to reinforce the lesson at home. Our dog is preparing for the Caine Good Citizen test. Many thanks to Cynthia!!

I was skeptical about getting my dog groomed here but Elly did an amazing job! You can tell she cares about her work and animals! I highly recommend her as a groomer and will be back!

Millie helped me get some aquatic snails the other day and I was very impressed with the care she handled them with. This was also in the midst of her helping 3 other customers and still remaining pleasant and calm. Bravo!

Fish dept is awesome. They have a 14 day policy for you if your new fish die - which is GREAT. But one downside of it is that you have to being in the dead body lol. I totally understand why but sometimes in my fish tank.... the other fish eat the dead fish...so I don't really have an option to bring it back. Not sure what to do about that. Lol.Overall, good store haha.

They had an amazing event where your fur babies and you can take pictures with Santa. It was special, I enjoyed the moment they created. Please do it again next year.

Hands down, best ever grooming my dog has received. Not only was Gretchen super sweet and great with my dog, she gave her the absolute cutest hair cut she has ever had! Most places I have been to in the area would shave my dog down completely and the haircut would look incredibly choppy and bad. On top of that, they charged me $70+ and added extra charges for things I did not ask for. This is my first time coming to Petsmart grooming, and I will definitely be bringing my dog back to Gretchen every time, she just gets it!

I had the worst experience of my life and at this petsmart. I called in the afternoon for an appointment for the grooming salon inside the Petsmart store. The lady who answered the phone told me appointment is not necessary since that is not much of traffic today. About after an hour and a half we went to the location and we were told by a rude lady called Natasha that sorry it's Christmas Eve and we are not taking walk-ins. I told them very clearly that we were told that you do not need an appointment today. Otherwise we always take an appointment before coming for any sort of a grooming job and we have been a customer with petsmart for almost 12 years. That lady Natasha literally raised her voice first, which obviously made me very upset since she implied that I was lying. When I showed the manager Dylan the call logs on my phone he actually offered to get it done. It was a simple nail clipping job and they made all such a fuss! But then there was this girl Alexis, who refused to touch my dog, saying that she looks anxious. When I got upset with that lady Alexis, Dylan also raised his voice supporting her staff. At this point of time me and my partner simply walked out of that location and went to the main store and spoke to the manager. Apparently he was dealing with one more complaint of a similar nature. Even he refused to sort this out. He said you can take it up wherever you want to. This is all a farce and a comedy show they are running at this location. We have never been treated, so rudely was this attitude racist? I don't know. But I am certainly going to take this up with their managers at the corporate level. This is ridiculous behavior on the part of petsmart the way they treat their customers! I am never ever stepping into this store again. And I doubt anyone is going to look into this issue or even bother?!!

I came to pay something and I tried getting cash back, but it didn't let me. I then tried to buy something small and get cash back but it didn't work again. I tried buying it again and Kathy was sighing out loud and in a very rude and aggressive tone asked for my phone number again. I was just confused and asked her if I was hitting a wrong button or something because the option was not showing up. Luckily another guy came and explained how the cash back works. I wasn't upset or anything that I couldn't get cash back because I was going to try another store, but just overall how Kathy acted and was very annoyed since the start was not okay.
