Joe has been great at communicating with me and helping me decide if it was better for me to repair my current printer or replace it. He emailed me options that he recommended after listening to how I use my printer and my new-to-me printer will be delivered to me next week. Great customer service!

My home office printer went out and I called Perfect Pages to get a quote on repair. Joe was extremely helpful and honest about the not so great results in repairing what was going on with my printer. He gave me some helpful tips for purchasing a new printer instead.
