Well after 40 years of Very Friendly staff and Great service the owner Chuck is retiring. The last day is September 28th 2024☹️?
In the picture is the yellow convertible corvette that Chuck let us borrow for Mom's 106 birthday party we had for her. She got pulled over and was given a speeding ticket for going 106 mph. Mom had a wonderful time and she really enjoyed borrowing the yellow convertible corvette ?

I can't believe what I'm reading!! From all these negative reviews, I can only conclude that there must have been a disconnect in the communication. Melissa is a very caring woman who only wants the customer to be completely happy with their purchase. And Chuck, he is such a compassionate man who takes pride in selling only the best used vehicles. I just bought my third car from them and over the many years that I have dealt with them they have been nothing but kind and caring. The whole office is filled with caring people. When you walk through those doors they treat you like family and only want to put you in a vehicle that you feel good about purchasing. They even help people who have less than perfect credit find a car that fits their budget. And Pennington's stands by their vehicles! Over the last 10 years they have sold me some really great cars! I will not shop anywhere else. I'm sorry that others have not had the same experience and maybe they just need to give them another try because all that I have read is the complete opposite of what I have experienced through the years. Give them a try and you will see how great they really are.

Melissa is an absolute doll! She really cares for her customers. She is the sales lady with a heart of gold.Chuck, the owner, knows cars like nobody else. He has been buying cars since he was a teenager.

Two years ago I bought this 2016 Ford C-Max Energi sight unseen and during Covid I didn't want to go into a crowded airport and fly and drive so I bought it over the phone and had it shipped over to Key West Florida. Still driving it! I'm a satisfied customer! Thank you Pennington!

Nice to see 2 of the first 3 reviews were negative because this place is nothing but a scam. They act all nice in the front of the office just looking for the hook to scam. Then low and behold the biggest con artist and liar of all time Chuck.I experienced similar problems and will not go into detail.Stay away from this place and run for your life, this guy Chuck should be in jail.I would give them a negative number if I could.

Loved loved my first car purchased experience at Pennington’s Auto Sales. Their customer service is incredible they’re really kind, respectful and very professional. Also shout out to Melissa omg she’s such a vibe with her larger than life personality lol gotta love her!!!

Customer Service and Sales team is amazing. Although, they have no communication with their mechanics and their mechanics suck. They are probably the cheapest, worst mechanics i have ever seen in my life and are completely worthless. Sent my jag in for minimal work and it came out ONE MONTH+ LATER with even MORE problems, the head mechanic apologized and i recieved a check but it did not cover anything and I am very disappointed, car had no lights on the dash when i started it up at their lot after they "repaired it", and right when i pulled off, all the lights came on and my dash looked like a christmas tree, if you have any problems with your vehicle after purchasing it, i would highly recommend you go as far away from Pennington's as possible.

Bought my last 3 cars from Chuck and Melissa. Still remembered me and my family after over 8 years. They've always helped me out with getting what I need out of a car. Small family owned lot that will take their time to help you find what you need
