Fast friendly service. Senior accessible, walkers welcome. Grandma had a Dr appt at the Pavilion Bldg. Parking always sucks here. Bring your parking ticket to the office and they will stamp the parking ticket for you. Parking elevators sometimes not working. I had to walk down from the 6th floor. I did observe some people struggling to walk up and down the stairs. Staff is helpful and the office building is clean and organized.

Me and my family have been coming to this clinic for over 20 years our original Dr retired after 20 years and we were assigned to Dr. Leteka who we saw once and were very uncomfortable with her she appeared to be drunk or intoxicated and didn't feel comfortable with her but we were moving to riverside so didn't bother proceeding with anything, we recently moved back to orange county after being in riverside for 3 years and I was assigned to DR.ferrey which I didn't see I saw the pa a week later Jose called from there office stating they were no longer willing to keep me as a patient or my family with no explanation just said we had 30 days to find a new Dr. I have very serious medical conditions and was just released from the hospital with 2 heart attacks and am waiting for several referrals which they never requested according to my insurance. I will be filing a medical male practice lawsuit as well as medical leglect which me and my attorney is in the process of doing. Do yourself a favor and find another clinic. Over 20 years and this is how they treat there patients.

All around bad experience. Staff wasn’t nice or welcoming but weren’t rude. Dr did exam without gloves….then made me fast for a blood test but forgot to send my referral over and couldn’t get a new referral because he was out of the office so I fasted for 12 hours and waited another hour at the blood place for no reason.

This office is the worst! They are so unprofessional and the Doctors that work there use COVID as just another excuse to not do their job. Do not waste your time, and find another Doctor.

I was on hold for almost 2 hours because they didn't do their job by faxing over information needed for a new rheumatoid doctor THEY referred me to. Horrible service .

I used to come here many, many years ago, but I left because of the unprofessional staff. My mom, must to my disagreement, still comes here and has been seen by both Drs. Garcia and Latika. Both are awful doctors and should be avoided at all cost. Dr. Garcia doesn't even bother to touch you in a physical and Dr. Latika likes seeing her patients 3 times a week just to get results. If you want to be waiting an hour or more on the phone or waiting to be seen, this is the place for you. Screw this place.

I am very disappointed to have to leave this review. I had a telemedicine appointment with this office on Aug 6th 2020. They called, took my credit card co pay, the person on the phone asked why I scheduled the appointment, I said that their office called me and said I needed the followup. She raised her voice and said "she DID NOT CALL ME and why would I say that?" - Not interested in any more of the disgruntled employee, I hung up. I called back 5 minutes later to complain, and you have to leave a message, I left a message in three different mailboxes. A WEEK later I had not heard from them and called them back. Finally got to speak with the "office manager" who kept telling me how they were so good to patients but could not explain why I had not been called back. I asked this gentleman if they wanted me as a customer? I asked at least 10 times and he never could say a simple yes or no. I am letting my displeasure be known with my opinion and my dollars. This business is not interested in the customers they do have or any more. I would suggest seeking out someone other than this business to put your health and life in the hands of and those who are interested and deserve your business. The time has come for healthcare to quit treating patients (customers) like garbage. You cannot call, you wait for 30 minutes after your appointment, you are billed incorrectly, your prescription never gets from the Doctor to the pharmacy so the patient has to get involved. If any Doctor ever figured out that you cater to the needs of their customers they would be wildly successful. Instead the come in late, take two hours for lunch, go home early - and then have to have a day off during the week because their week has been "SO" stressful. Telemedicine is showing us that we can get better service from places that charge 10% of the garbage that is being delivered here.

Horrible customer service especially by phone. Calling for days to request Rx refill. After selecting the appropriate option from IVR system, I sat on hold for up to 30 minutes each time and NO ONE ever came in the line! Had to hang up. Inexcusable!! Our family has several doctors for various reasons and this is the only one we cannot get in touch with. Will be changing doctors ASAP!

We have been at this place since Dr Villa was here and we always felt the service, the empathy and the care was the best. Ever since Dr Villa left this place has been going downhill. The staff is careless and the management sucks. About a week ago under critical Circumstances the PA "forgot" to send a medicine to the pharmacy and when I ask what happened the secretary just hung up on me. Today I've been on hold 3 times for almost 20 minutes and I am still not able to get a hold of the doctor. I don't the medical doctors, nurses or PA's are responsible for the secretaries unprofessional attitude but today I left a message that if I don't get a response I will file a complaint with the medical Bar. I'm sorry but it sounds like the complaint will be the only way to get the doctors attention. Meantime looking for another facility to move all my family. I wish there was a zero star review.

Absolutely love Dr. Garcia. She cares about her patients and takes whatever amount of time necessary. However, it does cause them to get behind. Yes, you wait, but she's worth the wait for me. Office staff is very friendly and they work hard to get you into to see the doctor. If your doctor is booked they will put you with another one to get you seen. They remember you when you come and are always friendly. Office is clean and comfortable.

Good luck coming here, I know I won't ever again. I had a 3 o'clock appointment and wasn't seen till close to 4pm. I was a new patient so I had to be early to fill out paperwork and I was there at 2:45. Took me into the room at 3:20 and Dr. Lakita walked in at 4. She didn't apologize for being late or provide me an explanation on why she took so long to see me. She gave a 2 minute consultation were she said she THINKS I have bronchitis. I think this establishment is very unprofessional and will not visit again.

They open at 8 but their phone lines are not open until 9, they stop taking calls 30 minutes before lunch time which is 2 hours long, and answer 30 minutes after. When you ask the office about it, there's a nasty, unapologetic attitude, and simply brush you off by saying they do. The emergency line that you're transferred to are extremely rude, and even told me that I'm wasting their emergency line with my questions. Terrible service.
