FRAUDULENT ORGANIZATION - I used the Patio Place to reupholster 10 chairs, 2 lounges, and 4 ottoman cushions with Sunbrella fabric. After two years the fabric the fabric started splitting and staining. I sent a sample to Sunbrella for assessment and consideration and they advised me the fabric used was not Sunbrella but an inferior and less expensive fabric. So either Sunbrella is lying to me or the Patio Place engaged in FRAUD. Extremely disappointed! I should just replaced the cushions with the Home Depot cushions as they would have been much less expensive and held up better.

We have been using Patio Place for over 20 years! Besides the amazing products which we still have in amazing condition, the owner/staff are wonderful to deal with! Would highly recommend patio Place Place for all your outdoor needs! My backyard looks like a resort compliments of Patio Place!! Enjoy!!!

We were very happy that we found the Patio Place to put new vinyl straps on our Brown Jordan chairs. Their prices were superior and more reasonable than similar companies, and their work was outstanding.Their customer service was excellent. Bob Thompson, our initial contact, was friendly, helpful, and responded quickly to any question that we had. Bob Verdin, the owner, was efficient, professional and a great help when it came to our color choices, when we visited them at their warehouse in Orange. When our chairs were delivered by the very courteous delivery person, we were thrilled at the colorful transformation of our chairs and the quality of the workmanship. Patio Place was a great find. We had a very positive experience and recommend them highly. A+++

I would think twice about doing business with this company! . We ordered $2500 worth of patio covers from Bob the owner back in February, he told us he would have them finished in a week. We called him several times for an update and he continuously lied to us, about why they weren’t ready saying the parts weren’t in, or didn’t even reply. Fast forward to July, my husband goes to the shop to see the progress in person and even though the parts were in, he has done absolutely nothing and says,” I wish I had never even taken on this job!”

We took in 8 Tropitone chairs and a glider to be reslung. They got it done quickly and beautifully. They had many fabrics to choose from. They cleaned up the chairs and they look like new. I wish we had more to redo.
