Beyond overpriced especially with shipping, some of the carbdoard boxes strength do not match the label certificate strength posted on the box. They are selling inferior products. Will be moving to another box supplier with a different company.

Beware of the deceptive rewards program for medium to large customers. They limit the maximum value of a rewards coupon and only allow one coupon per order. This creates a problem where you earn more points with a single order than are possible to use on a single order. After spending too much time trying to explain this problem to customer service, they had a hard time comprehending the issue and would do nothing to help us use our large points balance. This has us rethinking our use of PaperMart as a supplier and we will be looking elsewhere.

All I was trying to do was buy one roll of ribbon and I spent a half hour futzing with their online system. First having to sign in to just buy some ribbon is ridiculous and a hassle, but fine, I know they're trying to capture customer business. Had to reset my password. Didn't work. Kept getting error messages. Tried contacting chat. They had the wrong email address for me. Finally I gave up. In these days of so much serious stuff going on, ribbon is not the most important thing. So if you are trying to buy it, or in my case, it's just trying to add a little spot of joy and brightness in what can be the bleakness of the world sometimes, is the goal. The process of just trying to buy the ribbon was so aggravating, I gave up. Life can be aggravating. Just trying to buy a beautiful roll of ribbon as a bright spot should not be such a hassle. Like I said, I was so aggravated, I gave up.

I have ordered gift wrapping suppllies from Paper Mart many times for the last decade and have always been perfectly satisfied with my orders. Quality is excellent, never any defects, good pricing and shipping times. My 1 star rating is based solely on their OUTRAGEOUSLY EXCESSIVE SHIPPING CHARGE! It's never been this high before. I know we're in a period of inflation, but I've ordered from at least 100 different web retailers this year and NOT ONE of them charges such SKY HIGH SHIPPING CHARGES. Paper Mart states their FedEx Ground Economy is their most "cost-efficient shipping option and is best for residential deliveries under 10 lbs and nonurgent." Well, they need to rethink that statement, as charging $14 to ship items totaling $28 and barely weighing 1 lb and only traveling a 4 mile distance across town (I'm unable to drive to pickup order) is not at all "cost efficient!" Sad to think that one of my favorite websites for gift wrapping supplies has now resorted to making money off their ridiculously exorbitant shipping charges. For shame Paper Mart!

Purchasing is easy but receiving items takes way too long! I have expressed my dissatisfaction of paper mart using FedEx in the past..but they do not seem to mind that me as a paying customer and paying expensive shipping rate has to wait a minimum of a week and half to receive items that are only 6 hours away. That’s ridiculous!! My business consists of shipping all over the United States and it never takes that long for my customers to receive their order! Nashville Wraps has better shipping methods and I’ll receive my order from them in less than a week! AND THEY ARE ACROSS THE UNITED STATES! Another interesting fact; my husband order 2 different items after I did and he’s already received them. I’ve tried and tried with this company but I’m done!

Very good quality products, great variety of items for packing and wrapping. For a home small business shipping is expensive if you spend less than $60 so maybe the 45 min trip worth.

Since the "pandemic" is now gone . they should run out of excuses to not want to deal with customers ( like being nice to them . treating them like you "actually" want their business ? ) but nooooo . not this place ...They have just found a new way to rebuke customer interactions ...Too bad . not too many options but to buy from them ...If the Google rating could go into below zero stars .... This is where id grade them ...( -5 )

I mostly buy ribbon from them so I can't speak to their other products. The ribbon pricing is decent and shipping is fast. I appreciate that shipping is calculated by weight though I do wish they would offer a break on the shipping if you are ordering over a certain amount similar to other sites. The selection is decent but I wish they would offer a larger variety of sports themed ribbon and in different sizes. If you do will call pick up the staff is friendly and efficient.

I am disappointed with the color of one of the spools of ribbon I ordered. The "red" is not red but closer to pink. Unfortunately, Paper Mart does not cover the cost of shipping back the item when an item is defective so I'm stuck.
