I recently made an online order of +$800, had to bring back a few items to return. I had it in the original cardboard box, after the transaction, the employee wanted me to take the empty box with me. He said he couldn't depose it for me. What? I've nvr seen or experienced this. Not a single store expects the customer to throw away the bag or box after a return. Surely they get shipments right? Just throw it out back, how difficult is that? Needless to say, I crushed it and threw it in the outside bin in front of their store.

Visited PacSun yesterday in search of a red shirt for New Year's Eve. Despite the initial anticipation, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon entering, I noticed a considerable line towards closing time (8:25 pm), but I didn't think much of it until it kept growing. As I leisurely browsed, the line extended, prompting me to join it. To my disappointment, only one register was open with a lone worker. Despite the growing line, no additional registers were opened. Adding to the frustration, other employees seemed preoccupied with casual conversations and refolding clothes. Regrettably, the lack of attention to customer service became even more evident when customers ahead of me left. Two employees remarked that one customer likely departed because they didn't have her size, a comment that shocked me. In total, there were five workers, one at the register, and the others seemingly idle on the floor. This experience left me dissatisfied and questioning the level of service at this PacSun location. Consider exploring alternative PacSun stores for a more efficient and customer-focused shopping experience.

PacSun is refusing to allow me to return for refund or credit two expensive FOG Essentials clothing that I had gotten for my grandson for Christmas. They were way too big, even though they were his normal size. Nowhere on the site by the product did it say this brand ran large. I was online shopping, not in the store. On the website page, PacSun did nothing to inform me the online customer that there was a no return policy, for FOG Essential purchases. No warning on the product page , nor anywhere as one goes through checkout. I have attached pictures showing the lack of any attempt to inform the customer. I feel PacSun has scammed me. And is very wrong to bait and switch a customer this way - It is unethical!!! Attached are the pictures I took showing that they did not inform me the customer and still do not inform the customers. That is proof ! -- of misleading your customer. Nor did they alert no refunds anywhere along the process of checking out and placing order. There is no way in the process that I would have expected that I would not be able to get a refund for a valid return reason. Now they are showing me a line at bottom of page where it says Final Sale because this product is in high demand. Which does not make sense. If in high demand wouldn't they want it back and could sell again, rather than making a customer be stuck with two expensive items that do not fit?!?! Really not caring about their customer here. I will not be returning or advising others to shop there. If they would do this to any customer and I bet I am not the only one this holiday tricked by that switch in policy, then they would do it to anyone in other transactions.

I counter 8 employees working but we waited in line 45 mins for a single register Also watched your staff give attitude to a customer.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is always a mess, run by children who don't take the job seriously and talk on their personal cell phones while working not focusing on the job they are getting paid to do. When you do ask for assistance they barely acknowledge you or respond. Don't waste your time coming to this one. Spend 15 minutes more and go to the Spectrum.

I called before going to the store and asked if they price matched and honored online offers which I was told they did. Ok cool, I decided to go in instead of doing in store pick up. While shopping I noticed they didn't have the signs up stating the same online deals, didn't think much of it since I had already called before hand. Im waiting in line, mind you 1 person at the register while the other is doing God know what on the other register. I was in line for almost 1/2 hr, irritating asf. As my items are getting scanned I notice no price change, so I show the guy that's checking me out and he tells me they do not honor online deals. WHAAATT?!!! I'm so irritated atp, I asked for a manager in which of course he claimed to have been. I told him I spoke with someone that said they did honor and he said they gave me false info. I proceeded to tell him he must be doing a s*** job at training if his employees as they are giving incorrect information and I told him to do a better job at training his employees as it starts with him. Ain't coming to this store ever again.

I spoke with one of the girls on the phone asking how exchanges work and if I have to do them in store. She either hates her job or is definitely not made for customer service. Pacsun's customer service has been going way down and I am so upset with how this brand has been treating its customers.

Horrible customer service here. The workers are lazy and do not care for their customers. White/Mexican man tried to make me wait for my online order to be fulfilled at the store when we literally the shirt was right in front of both of us. Needs to be fired immediately or retrained because nobody seemed to like him anyways. Luckily another man was more helpful and understanding.. Will not return to this one ever. Reading previous reviews makes it more clear that I wasn't the only one who had to deal with the rude staff.
