I was so touched by the owners willingness to talk to me in depth about ways in which I could improve my credit. She was honest and open about what her business could do, and even provided steps for me to take action into my own hands. She spent so much time and was so kind. I truly appreciate it and would love to work with her company in the future if need be.

Thank you Dean and team at Pacific West Credit for the work to get my credit score raised over 100 points in 6 months. With the updated credit report and higher score I was able to qualify for a mortgage and get into my first home! So grateful for the help!My mortgage broker referred me and so glad she did! I couldnt be more happy with Kathryn and Deans service since day one. I have been using them for over 10 years now since they cleaned up my credit which included back the a FEDERAL lien and have continued to refer any and all new clients I have to them. I would say I have referred in the last several years over 40-50 clients. I would definitely recommend Pacific West Credit to anyone who needed a good credit restoration company.

This company was recommended by a friend a little over three years ago to help clean up my credit, and I’m happy to say as of last week all bad marks are off my credit! My husband has been so impressed by what they have done for me that he has hired them as well. This company has been so easy to work with and very quick with answering any questions I may have. Three years ago a friend recommended this company to help me clean up my credit. Now three years later my credit is clean all bad points off! I could not be happier with the results from the Pacific West Credit team. Working with the company I landed an amazing home loan and my credit is in great standings. The guidance and simple steps made the process flow smoothly. Credit can be over whelming, they always made me feel safe that someone was by my side. I would like to greatly thank Dean and Kathryn at Pacific West Credit for absolutely transforming my credit beyond anything I could have imagine. I entered the program just 6 months ago and they have already increased my score by 100 points, on top of getting items disputed and removed from my credit report. Throughout the entire process, I could always count on them to be in my corner. They fully explain how credit repair works, so that hopefully this will never happen again. They get results and always reminded me that credit does not repair itself!

This is the treatment I'm currently receiving. Please note that no ones personal information was uploaded. That is a fake number. This is my only bad Yelp review so I'm sure anyone reading this can guess who these messages are from. I'm sure I'm not the only person they've ever done this to. Im still receiving harassing messaging from them besides these. (I'll be changing my number in the morning) I'm sure the harassment won't stop, but everyone's information is public anyway and the jurupa valley sheriffs I've been working with on this case have been very helpful. I Wish you guys the best. Karma is real and not everyone is as sane and calm as me. God Bless.

A “credit repair company” should at least be able to give advice to help their paying customers if they cannot uphold their duty. It’s been over 8 months (I was told credit repair usually takes 3 months, but could be up to 6) and not one thing on my report has changed, not one. There is wrong addresses I’ve never heard of in my life, wrong names, wrong accounts and not a single thing has changed on any of my reports. I was referred to this company while trying to get a mortgage. If I knew after 8 months and almost $1000 that my score would be lower than when I began with this company than I would have never signed up with them. No one has ever given me advice on how to improve my score or to keep my credit balances down or any advice what so ever. The only time I ever get contacted by anyone from this company is when a payment hasn’t gone through. $100 a month and no one even checks in with me, just takes the money from my account each month and nothing has happened. Extremely disappointed and upset. Don’t get scammed. Please watch out for this place. I have nothing, but regret.

Im pretty positive most of these reviews are fake... Everywhere else says they are awful except for here. They are the rudest most passive aggressive people around no matter how often you are on time with your payments... They justify being passive aggressive if you dont let them continuously speak and from what i can see on other negative reviews they try to humiliate those who say anything against them. Seems like they are trying to steal money. Have been trying to make a payment for days... They refuse unless i give them my info over the phone... With how hard they are pushing it im sure they are being shady.
