Dr Lee has been taking care of my Tom and spooky for over 3 years. As a new cat owner of two strays (one friendly, one feral) he was of the outmost help and m deciding what kind of care they needed and considerate of my budget constraints. He and his staff have always been friendly, attentive, and so good with my pets (even when they’ve gotten spicy) I am so appreciative of Dr Lee and his team

I've taken Several pets to Dr. Lee. I have never had any issues. The staff has always been very professional. Dr Lee doesn't try and scare you into paying for things you don't necessarily need. Thank you Dr Lee and staff

My cat went in simply for a dental and complementary nail trim— but came out with an entire bandage on his leg. The doctor told me they just cut his nail a bit short and that my cat was moving around a lot—but yet I was charged $40 for the bandage and $70 for antibiotics. I took the bandage off (took me an hour because it was taped partially to his fur) and saw his back foot was shaved with dried blood. I called the secretary at the front desk today and asked her what happened, it was hard to understand what she was saying because she was laughing about the situation and said my cat did it to himself. No, this is a vet clinic, and they negligently handled my cat. My cat has seen multiple vets and has never been returned to me in a worse condition than he was in before going in. I wasn’t truly angry until speaking with the lady laughing at me at the front desk. I would not recommend anyone take their pets here. See photos attached.

Tried giving this clinic chance after chance. I don’t feel like he has the pets true interest at heart and it’s more about money. He didn’t think my dog needed antibiotics after telling him she had eye discharge and told me “looks fine I don’t think she needs medicine” it got worse and I showed him vidoes and pictures of eye/nose discharge and hacking/coughing and all he suggested was an X-ray that would cost $320! ITS CLEARLY KENNEL COUGH and all I got was $42 eye drops that I could’ve gotten elsewhere for way cheaper! Every time I go I’m disappointed in his “services”EDIT: I took my dog to a different clinic and they said she had kennel cough. And their antibiotics cost $32 whereas Orange Pet clinic would’ve charged $77 for the same one because I called and asked…

We've been coming here for years since we lived on the same street 7 years ago. The care given to my elderly cat and when I say elderly he's 18 has been out of this world. Between regular shaves, baths, shots and overall well visits we are never disappointed. Our dog also loves coming here, he gets his regular baths, shots and flee meds etc. orange pet clinic has taken care of our animals on some of the scariest times and the best of times. We wouldn't trade them for anything.

I recently took kmy dog to see Dr. Lee for an ear problem. The staff at Orange Pet Care Clinic were able to see my dog in a timely manner. The staff at this facility ae very friendly and look like they enjoy their jobds working with animals. My dog was seen immediatly by the Vet. (Dr. Lee) who took time to speak with me regarding my dog's ailment. The staff spent time with me reviewing my dog's medication . I highly suggest that if you are not happy with your current vet clinic, to give Orange Pet Clinic a call. You will not be dissapointed!

First visit and they got us in right away for our newly adopted dog that had major skin irritation. Dr Lee was very polite and entire staff was very knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail regarding our dogs flea dermatitis. I would highly recommend Dr Lee and his staff. Very happy!

I bought a kitten package a year ago because I thought the deal was good. I was told I'd get 2 free visits. I made sure of this with the lady that sold it to me and even told the friend that had recommended this place when I got it. Now I bring my cat back for a visit and get vaccinated again and they tell me I have to pay for the visit on top of the payments for the other vaccines. I had said over the phone I wanted to use the free visit from my kitten package and they said okay and booked the appointment for me only to tell me when I get there that it was already used?? The staff was rude to my s/o and me when we questioned this because isn't that false advertising? You're selling something to me and you're not providing. I had spoken to a lady over the phone. She said I will not be charged for a visit since we didn't do an exam. I agreed and said just the vaccines as I will take my cat somewhere else. I said thank you right after and the lady hung up with no other words. No confirmation or a BYE AT LEAST??? That is RUDE customer service. Not only that but they STILL tried to charge us for a visit exam when we never got it! My s/o had to tell them AGAIN and they finally took the charge off. BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE! I had a look at the receipt my s/o had sent me and they charged for deworming as well as biohazard disposal fee. I did not schedule him for ANY deworming and they told my s/o he needed it. So they just went ahead and did this without letting me know?? But also deworming requires a sample to see if he has worms?? My cat was in and out. I did not authorize any sample to be taken or any pill to be given to him. I had done this a year ago when I first got my cat just as a check up and I had to bring a sample of p*** to be tested. So what exactly were they testing?? Don't waste your money or your time going to this place. Who knows if they even treat your pets. They take the pet to the back and not do it in front of you. It's already suspicious enough. All they care about is making money off of you. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I guarantee you this post is worth your time if you're considering a good vet for your pet.
