They have taken excellent care of my dogs. My previous dog was very difficult to handle due to fear aggression but they were very flexible and worked with me and him to find ways to care for him. Other vets insist they know better than the owner. These vets listen to and work with the owner to make the dog comfortable.

They suggested that we not do a procedure even though it was scheduled and he had been dropped off. Sure we had to Rouen back and pick him up but he was not put thought anything more than what he absolutely needed. They care is all I can say

My dog had a growth between his toes and we were told it was allergy related. He was going under for a dental and skin tag removals I asked Dr. Marlin to please remove the growth while he was under anesthesia. She refused and claimed the growth was due to allergies and she'd put him on medicated wipes to remove the growth. When he went to get stitches removed from the skin tags for the first surgery they took him in a room to remove the stitches the next day he went to get groomed and the groomer pointed out all the stitches that were missed and not removed. The wipes did absolutely nothing. I finally called and left a VM for Dr. Pincus saying what is going to be done about this growth. He then put my dog on prednisone which didn't resolve the growth. Not even 4 weeks after our dog was put under for a dental and skin tag removals he had to be put back under to have the growth removed. So instead of paying for 1 surgery and my dog going through 1 procedure we are at 2 now. Turned out the growth was cancer and they were not able to get clean margins. After this surgery our dog couldn't get groomed until his stitches were removed and the fur around his butt was getting long making it hard for him to have a bowel movement. I asked for them to shave his butt and they nicked his rectum when they shaved him. Our groomer said it was complete incompetence the way they nicked our dogs rectum. Next he had to see a speciality cancer vet clinic who at this point had to remove 2 toes and my dogs lymph nodes. My dog had to go through extensive testing and biopsies to make sure the cancer had not spread. The surgery and the testing cost us over 12 grand not to mention 7 grand for chemo which he is currently going through. We were put on a payment plan at Orange Olive for 80.00the 1000.00 we owed mostly for the 2nd surgery and we told pay what you can. We also explained that my wife needed a transplant and we were paying almost 2 grand a month for her medications out of pocket because insurance was not covering them. Again we were repeatedly told pay what you can. I called last month paid 80.00 on the bill of 3 months which we had been paying on and they were angry we didn't call the next day and make another payment so they sent the bill to collections. Then the office manager, Kathy refers to my wife as my mother which we found rude and insulting. What would make her think that. Very unprofessional!!! We had to pay for 2 surgeries instead of 1 because they would not listen and remove the growth in this first surgery. Our dog had to go thru 2 procedures instead of 1 because of negligence. This could have cost my dog his life and still may. My wife called to pay half of the remaining bill because it had been 3 weeks since our last payment. My wife was told you can't make a payment because your bill should have been paid faster so Dr Pannier, owner of the practice who should be more concerned with Dr. Marlins competence had the remainder of the bill for the 2nd surgery turned over to collections and emailed me a letter from Dr. Pannier that they can no longer take care of our dog. From reading these reviews she must get a kick out of sending people these letters because she seems to send out quite a few. I'd rather take my dog where my wife and I know our dog is getting proper treatment and not getting put through more surgeries than necessary not to mention when we leave the so called office manager looks at my wife and refers to her as my mother. The facility is also on the dirty side.

On Wed. 01/26/22 we had an appointment for our 15-week-old puppies to get their 3rd set of shots. After waiting for 40 minutes, I ask how much longer it would be & what was I supposed to do when the puppies had to go potty? I was told they were extremely busy and to take the puppies to the side of the office, so we did. We were finally called in; they received their shots & we left. On 02/02, 7 days later, the male got violently sick around 1 AM. He was vomiting non-stop until around 6 AM, then every hour or so afterwards. He was lethargic & would not move. He had diarrhea and refused to eat or drink anything that entire day. I called the office on 02/03, Dr. Pannier was not in. However, Dr. Pincus was & had an opening, so we took it. Dr. Pincus examined him, had some blood work done, then prescribed an antacid and a prescription to treat gastric & esophageal ulcers. He knew our puppy had not eaten or drank anything in at least 36 hours, so I did not understand why he would prescribe two medications that needed to be taken with food, but assumed he knew what he was doing. Well, that was a mistake! Our puppy went from bad to worse that evening. There was no way I could give him his medications because he was not keeping anything down. The following morning, on 02/04, I called Dr. Pannier on her cell and told her I did not care what Dr. Pincus said, there was something seriously wrong. She told me to bring him in, so I did. Only after two exams, x-rays, meds, bloodwork, etc. was he given a Parvo test...and, of course, it was positive! So, in a matter of two appointments, I was charged around $1,420 which included medication that I could not even administer because he was so sick. Not to mention, the tech told us not to use the med's that Dr. Pincus prescribed because he would be getting injections instead. So, we double paid for the medications as well. I researched Parvo & found out that the top 3 symptoms for Parvo were the same exact symptoms our puppy had. Considering the symptoms and the fact that they were dealing with a young puppy, I would think a Parvo test would have been done first. And why wasn't that part of the "blood work" I was charged for? Instead, I was charged for multiple services/treatments before that test was ever done. This cost me a lot of time, money, and heartache... not to mention it delayed our puppy's treatment and exposed his sister for longer than necessary. They sent us to Pacific Care. Before I left, Dr. Pannier wanted to speak with me regarding finances. She told me it could be expensive, averaging somewhere between $5K - $7K. At that point I made the decision to spend the $7K to get him healthy because he was too young to put down! Pacific Care required $7,562.17 up front before they would even admit him. So, at that point my medical bills for him were already at $8,982. Once he was admitted I called and questioned Dr. Pannier's office to see what the protocol was for notifying other owners that their animals were exposed to Parvo. I was told they do not notify anyone, and I could not because I did not have their information. If nothing else, you would think they would have an ethical responsibility to notify anyone that was exposed to Parvo considering it is a highly contagious and deadly virus. A week later, on 02/08 and before he was even out of the hospital, his sister came down with Parvo and was admitted into Pacific Care, as well. I had to pay another $7,562.17 up front just for Pacific Care to admit her. That brought my medical expenses to $16,544. Needless to say, it didn't end there! He was in the hospital for 6 days & she was in for 8 days. This could have possibly been prevented. Had he been properly diagnosed on the first vet appointment I would have immediately sent his sister to my son's before she got infected. But instead, they both came down with PARVO! I want to make it very clear that I purposely did not bring my puppies anywhere, nor were they around any other dogs. The only time they left the house

One of my dogs was diagnosed with a rare disease called Addison disease at a different veterinary. The monthly treatment that is necessary to keep the dog alive and healthy is very expensive. I took loki my dog to Orange- Olive veterinary and they were able to help me and work alongside a dog rescue to take care of his monthly visits to the veterinary. My dogs healthy strong and fat :) thanks to the help given by themI recommend 100%

I don't usually write reviews but my mom recommended I go here after I found a kitten and decided to keep him... I was so blown away by the customer service and kindness from the nurses & vets. they brought the whole staff in to see him and were soooooo nice, funny, and super helpful. I haven't had a kitten in many many years so I'm new to all of this and they reassured me and gave me some really good advice. I can't wait to bring Wally back
