This is an A+ honest garage. We are from out of town, and we noticed something hanging from the underside of our car. We texted family, who said they thought it was just the cover but we wanted to make sure. The garage looked for us and told us not to bother replacing it and removed it - no charge. Thank you so much!

Had a wonderful experience at this place, and I am a very picky consumer who expects great customer service. I was not disappointed. Taylor is very knowledgeable about all aspects of auto mechanics, has a good attitude and was great at communicating the issues that the car had. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Both brake lights on my 2002 Honda Odyssey were on all the time. Norm diligently assessed the possible causes and fixed it accordingly. He even took the time to explain in detail of other symptoms I have asked him to evaluate but he has concluded as nonissue at present.

Water pump went out on my 2016 Expedition. I selected Orange Hills from the list of shops from my extended warranty and I am glad I did. Norm had me in within hours and had the work complete the next day. Communication was excellent. Friendly, honest, and good work. He even made sure to show me the old parts so I could see what was replaced. In my conversation with Norm, I could tell that his business approach is to do good work once so that the customer doesn't have to come back for rework, be honest, and treat customers well. It must be working because he has a shop full of cars whose owners trust him. While I hope I don't have to come back soon, Norm will be my first stop next time I need a mechanic. I highly recommend this dealership, they really made the whole process as seamless as could be. They were friendly and accommodating. Their pricing was better than most anywhere else. The customer service overall is great! I didn't feel like I did after visiting all of the many other dealerships prior to this one, where you're just another $ale. It felt more genuine to me, which I really appreciated.
