My local auto repair shop in Long Beach quoted me significantly higher than the quote I received from Jose and it definitely made the long drive well worth it. Jose is reasonable when it comes to pricing and the quality of work is top notch. As a woman, I'm always looking overly cautious in dealing with auto shops since I have had some experiences in the past that banked on me being a woman and assuming I don't know anything about cars because I am a woman. but Jose made me completely feel at ease. I appreciated his honesty and candor. And he also showed me exactly what work needed to be done under the hood of my car to ensure that I know exactly how involved the work was. I really appreciate Jose squeezing me in at the last minute too. Such a nice dude! Highly recommend

I needed to find an auto repair shop in Orange and I'm so glad I found Orange Empire Auto Repair and Jose. I've brought my BMW in on three different occasions and each time has been a great experience. Fair pricing with quick, quality service. I'm grateful I've found a place to keep bringing my car back to!

Very clean and professional. Jose took care of my trucks needs with no problem and didn’t leave it greasy or with fingers prints like most other places and for a someone who takes care of his vehicle I appreciate that very much. I may not know a lot about cars, but I know when a man is gaslighting me. He said I needed services that I didn’t, and left my motor mounds loose so that I would have to come back and spend more money. I went to another mechanic that tightened the mounds free of charge and said my shocks were fine.

The most trustworthy car repair place I've known and easily recommend it to all. I have both my wife's as well as my own vehicle there for maintenance and any repairs. They have state of the art equipment and take the time to thoroughly explain any issues and options to fix it. I value them so much that even though I live in Irvine I still drive the extra distance just to know I'm getting quality work done and trust it will be done correctly. I've had minor repairs done as well as some major repairs on my older project truck like replacing the rear-end and having the heads machined and new valves etc.- I used to do all the work myself and unfortunately have a significant injury that won't allow that anymore so I'm very picky. Jose' has proven his shop to be the best for my family as well as many of my friends.
