The worst place to shop. Rude and bitter staff. Talk to hundred people who shopped there and you'll get the same response. Never shopping there again. Enough said.

Called to see if there was a specific item in stock. Spoke to a male who didn't know what customer service is all about. He gave me the answer to my question, however, was a bit rude and hung up the phone without saying anything further.

They have probably one of the rudest staff I have dealt with. You walk in and ask any sort of question (to see a gun, check out a particular holster, etc.) and they act like you are asking them to donate their last kidney to you. Come on guys you don't have to be so bitter and rude. This experience was not from a single visit but from multiple visits over the years. I feel like it is getting worse every single time I stop by. Only reason why I come here is because they sometimes have the gear I need that no one else has.
