Let me start saying the customer service is HORRIBLE. Talked to the “owner” on the phone wanting to buy some parts and he told me to go to another shop website so I can look it up my self because they were too busy. Would NEVER spend my money here after this experience with this unprofessional establishment !

Firstly let me start off by saying, if you have any issues with this dealer or other repair shops contact the Bureau of Automotive Repair, the Better Business Bureau, and KTM Corporate.
This is what happened to me:
Issues with the shop and bike highlights:
Shop had claimed that the motorcycle was dropped on the left side prior to the accident. (The motorcycle had never been down prior to the accident nor was I made aware that this claim was ever made until my insurance had denied supplemental damage in 8 months into the repair process)
Bike had a dead battery, which was confirmed by another shop and even after being on the tender it would not start. OC KTM claimed the motorcycle was started when I picked up the bike.
Shop did not properly inspect the motorcycle for damage when the bike was first inspected.
Received bike with unrepaired damage. (The second shop that finalized the repairs deemed the bike to be unsafe to ride at time of their first estimate)
Parts that were replaced were not “New” quality.
I had to fight for repairs that were damaged in the accident. (For example the brake lever was bent. I compared it to the 2023 model to show the difference. Horace tried to claim that they could be different parts)
Front rotor damage was not discovered until 8 months after receiving the bike and after I had done my first inspection when I told them there was damage to the rim. (When questioned why it wasn’t found until months later I got the response “We missed it, we took the wheel off and set it to the side”)
I no longer have warranty on the motorcycle because of this situation.
Customer Service Issues:
Conflicting stories when trying to get updates
The owner is combative
The owner is defensive over standard questions that would be reasonable to ask
The owner has created a hostile environment
The owner has consistently lied to me. For example in the case of the motorcycle not starting the conversation went as follows:
After picking up my motorcycle I attempted to start it. It had failed to start due to a dead battery, after putting it on a battery tender it still refused to start. I made both my insurance and Horace aware that the motorcycle refused to start via email. Horace then called me claiming that they had started the bike in my presence, which was not the case. He then tried to make the claim that I was signing paperwork when it was started, which was not the case. He then claimed that they had started it in front of my father, which again was not the case. I had said the bike had not been started nor could it have been since the battery was dead and would not hold a charge. Horace then said “Well I guess we have a conflicting story then.” As if it was my word against his.
This is the level of customer service I received from OC KTM after being involved in an accident. This is a shop that represents KTM and is causing damage to the brand and community. I had the Bureau of Automotive Repair involved in which they were surprised at the actions and work done by OC KTM. The second shop had also said that it was surprising the bike left in the condition it did. They deemed the motorcycle unsafe to ride in the condition they received it in.
The part that got me was when I talked to multiple people about this shop and what they had done, there was no surprise their expression gave me a “sounds about right” feel.
If you made it this far the TLDR just don’t go here.

Horrible customer service. I bought a 2021 rsv4 from this shop, paid CASH and got a hard time because I had CASH.
Then, just recently was going to buy a RS660 was going to pay with debt card and got a hard time. D!p$hit wouldn't sell me the bike. I asked if I could wire the money, NOPE.
Little does he know he saved me 700 bucks because I went to moto Club in Santa Monica where the costumer service was great and wired the money and took the bike home that day.
STAY AWAY from this shop unless you want that to be you.

I purchased a Mojavi Saddle Bag from Orange County KTM. They drop-shipped the item to my home in Las Vegas. It's really high quality and fits my Husqvarna FE501s perfectly. I appreciate and recommend the Orange County KTM team's follow-up and good service!

Great shop, needed a few parts for my ktm 350 and this was the only dealer in socal that stocked what I needed. Staff definitely know bikes, I had a few questions and they took care of it quickly. I'd definitely call them first next time I need anything for one of my ktm bikes.

Horace gave me a price over the phone after confirming a specific DB and when I showed up it’s another price … I would have walked away that second but this was a purchase for my 11 year old. Horace had the nerve to say my word was worth S”@^t when negotiating the details of the purchase. I even showed him what another dealers OTD…. As my son was excited about the dirtbike his size .. I went through with the purchase and paper work. Horace walked me to a dirtbike and briefly went over it. I pushed the bike to my truck and loaded. A great exciting moment for my son… something told me to check the vin … HS - he gave me the wrong bike !!! I walked back in and he can tell something was wrong and said something under his voice … with the look of disgust on his face ; I said you gave me the wrong bike . I bought a 19/16 with vin ending in XXX . The DB he sold me was not prepared for delivery. …His staff is nice and polite.I wish I would have read the reviews before I took my business there. (Mr. H- Bomb) this guy makes a living from the motorcycle Community but has no respect for the people of the motorcycle community.

Well after giving this shop multiple tries, it's time to let the people know.. Before I start, just read the reviews and you'll see a common theme that I also experienced. And if you're looking for a KTM or service for your bike, save yourself the trouble and go to 3bros in Costa Mesa. Or for Aprilia, take your business to MotoClub in LA. Let's get into it.. Since 2018 I've taken my KTM here a few times, as I live close by, to get service. From my experience during those times they ended up taking a little longer than expected, but what stood out was they would never update me on what was going on. It wasn't til I called them after multiple days to get an update. The prices seemed kinda high, but as a new rider I thought maybe that was just the market. It wasn't until I tried 3bros that I realized I was making the wrong decision taking my bike to OC KTM. Since then I stopped taking my KTM there and stuck with 3bros. Fast forward a few years later, I was in the market for an Aprilia. I found out OC KTM had recently become an Aprilia dealership, so I got a quote on a new bike. To no surprise, Horace quoted me 1k higher than any other Aprilia dealership, so I took my business to MotoClub in Santa Monica to save myself the trouble of dealing with Horace. After getting my Aprilia, I had a warranty issue that needed to be corrected, so in an attempt to save myself the trip to Santa Monica, I decided to give them another shot since they're the only Aprilia shop in OC. After telling Horace about the warranty issue, he asked me where I got the bike then proceeded to talk down on MotoClub as if they were some sketchy shop (oh the irony..) Well to no surprise, I got no updates and had to call them. Horace seems to work the sales and Anthony and Ethan handle service. When calling in to speak to service, and they weren't available, Horace would take down my info and say they'll call me back... well as expected I never got a call back. After going to pick up my bike, I noticed my grip was completely torn from when they put the straps on for the lift. I showed Horace and he instantly became defensive telling me that Aprilia's stock grips were brittle and they were garbage and took me inside to point out new bikes that already had "cracks". Regardless of the quality, I handed the bike over to them with the grips completely intact and received the bike back with completely torn grips... of course they didn't replace them and let me go on my way. I left knowing Horace wasn't going to help and called a few days later to speak to Anthony about the situation. He told me he would submit a warranty claim for the grips and would let me know.. well again never called me back and I decided to take the loss myself and buy new grips. Call me a fool, but after experiencing a new issue with my Aprilia, I attempted to save myself time and give them another try. They told me they were 1-2 weeks behind which I was fine with. Well, 3 weeks later I still had no update and gave them a call. They told me they couldn't replicate the issue and even took the bike out for a ride to replicate the issue. So after sending them picture and videos of the issue, they submitted a claim to Aprilia. Again weeks on end, no update. Finally calling them again, I was told the claim was denied and I could pick up the bike. 6 weeks total of waiting and no resolution. Not even five hours after picking up the bike, the issue started again.. I took a look at my invoice and saw the mileage in and mileage out was exactly the same. Thought they told me they took the bike out for a test ride to replicate the issue? That was enough, took my bike to MotoClub and they instantly knew the issue and got it handled. If it wasn't for the absolute dishonest communication and service, high prices, and terrible service time I'd go back... oh wait.. that's all you ask for from shop. Don't come here.

I was communicating with the supposed owner/president Horace Vega aka used car salesman extraordinaire for a week prior to my visit. I got there before they opened and there was only one customer ahead of me. After they opened their doors, I walked in and was greeted by James. James was very friendly, helpful and is an asset to the company. I asked to see the bike I was interested in. James located the bike and brought it outside so I could check it out, start it up and take it for a test ride. About 20 minutes after they opened, Horace pulls up, says they are short handed today and told James to take the bike back inside without even letting me check it out let alone take it for a test ride. After James brought it back inside, Horace didn't acknowledge me again for at least an hour all the while several customers after me walked in and he helped them. Horace finally acknowledged me again and said well are you interested? I said yes, I would like to take it for a test ride. He said I'm gonna need you to sign a waiver and get a copy of your drivers license. I said no problem. Horace then walked away to take care of other business like phone calls and customers walking in the door after me. Horace came back and said let's go over the numbers and gave me an OTD price that was over $1k more than what he told me via email. I showed him the email and he said he must have left out a fee. After waiting around for about an hour and a half total just to take a test ride, I was done at that point and walked out the door. A week later, I got a price alert for $2k less than I was quoted OTD. What a joke! Go to 3BROSKTM where they take care of their customers and don't charge ADM and other BS fees. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!
