I've had about every Honda off road vehicle since 1969. When moving to OC Orange county Honda has been my go too for anything Honda. Dwayne runs a great sales staff and Jeff tha parts room and they never disappoint.

Called to ask about a part number for a $3 o_ring, guy said we don't give out part numbers. He was pretty rude about it. Avoid this place, terrible customer service

Took my kx450 in for a fuel pump recall and had a service and a chain n sprocket installed. It was done very quickly and professionally. They are very knowledgeable and honest . I will definitely be back and definitely recommend O.C. honda/kawasaki. Service guy is top notch.

I called you purchase motorcycle they would not give me pricing over the phone. I spoke with somebody that was very rude name Michael and their attitude was. You can go somewhere else to buy a bike they don't care about you don't go there. All I wanted to know was how much the bike would be out the door with tax for the city that I was in. They were very adamant about not helbing

I have been coming to this dealer for the last few years since their part guys can get almost anything and everything. Jeff, Dwayne, and the tall skinny guy (I forgot his name) have been the friendliest and most helpful guys at a dealership that I have ever worked with. After having a little accident with my 2015 zx6r, I needed to get an estimate of the damages for insurance. I usually do all my own maintenance and work as I hear too many horror stories of issues at shops/dealers. Knowing how perfect the service has been at OC Honda Kawasaki, I felt it was a safe spot to get my estimate. I met the shop manager Steve. A quiet, straight to the point guy at first. Took my bike in and said they will reach out. Around the same time, they apparently had some shop staffing issues, which was slowing their work turn over. Steve did a great job keeping up with me on their progress, and in just a few days he put together a beautiful estimate for my insurance. Steve is extremely knowledgeable with motorcycles and clearly knows how the claim process works. He told me it would be a semi-drawn out process, but they are here to help. I look forward to continuous visits here for parts and repairs... Took my bike home yesterday, waiting on insurance now.

Long time customer of OCH from way back when they were on main st and I was a young kid coming in with my dad. Jeff is top notch parts guy, always helpful and honest. His brother Steve in service is a good guy too, both know their stuff. Old school motorcycle shop owners. Mainly use them for parts department and accessories. Never any issues over the years.

Called to ask if I could talk to one of the mechanics for a simple question and the dude fuckin hung up on me right away, too bad for them I know a lot of people in the mx industry, I'll make sure too tell them how much of a shitty place it is.

Brought my generator in for scheduled service. It was running fine and I started and ran it the morning I took it to them. I called on the morning I was scheduled to pick it up they said “oh you were on my list to call today, there’s water in your tank, carb and engine.”Anything is possible but this is highly unlikely since it ran perfectly when dropped off. Amazing how that was found on the day I was going to pick it up. And imagine my surprise when I was told it would be ready in a couple of hours. Seems off and I won’t be going back.

Some employees are very RUDE I CALLED RIGHT NOW TO REQUIRE A MOTORCYCLES Z900 SE. and he hang up right away!! I call 08/25/22 4pm.. Hope you find the guys Very RUDE!!
