I was visiting California for a couple days and I noticed that my tire was having a hard time holding air. Upon further investigation, there was a nail in my tire.I went to the closed Big O'Tires thinking they would be similar to what I'm used to experiencing back at home. When I got there, they had a 2 hour wait for me before they'd even get to my tire. After calling around to about 7 or 8 other tire auto shops that all told me the same wait time, I called Orange Auto Center. They told me that I wouldn't have a wait for a mechanic and the job should only take around 30 minutes.I drove over at once and they instantly got to my car and took in the back to assess the tire.I waited maybe 30-40 minutes (which I didn't mind), and the mechanic said he was all done. Told me that he took care of the nail and notice my valve in that tire wasn't completely sealed, so he sealed it.I appreciate the work they did for me in such a timely manner. I was able to get back to my home safe and sound on that repaired tire, so I'd say that they did a perfect job for me. ??

DISHONEST CROOK // STAY AWAYJust a read a recent review with a similar experience. I gave the guy my car with the security light and locked key/no start symptoms. I told him all of the issues I was having and that the ECU that was in the car probably wasn't programmed properly when replaced. He said he can fix it, he looked confident he could do so.He notifies me my car is fixed and ready. I travel an hour to get to his shop and he tells me "the check engine light is still on". I'm wildly confused because the check engine light wasn't on when I gave it to him. He proceeds to tell me that it was. I actually have a code reader myself and when trying to diagnose the initial problem checked for CEL codes. At this point he's still asking for payment. The car did start, but this was an intermittent problem, as told. He proceeds to tell me the reason my car is messed up is because of the engine light, not the ECM, and I shouldn't have changed that, EVEN THO MY ISSUE WAS THE ECM! I never had a Check Engine Light on in the first place. He also proceeds to tell me that the last ECM was fine but it just wasn't programmed (He had the ability to just program that one for less) Only to 5min later say he didn't check the old ECM at all. He was spinning all over the place to absolve any responsibilitySINA, then offers a wager...IF he puts the old ECM back in and the check engine light is still on, I owe him an additional $150. If it doesn't come back on, then I guess "oh well, all is good now!"So to make his customers rest assured he says "you better be right or you're fee is out the wazoo"He typed a generic invoice up that also doesn't explicitly mention a check engine light, like any other shop would for liability reasons..and didn't even have my correct license plate on it. We both inspected the car at the time of delivery, and I verbally mentioned just the security light being on.HERE'S THE KICKER!!MY CAR RAN FOR 24HOURS AND THEN BACK TO IT'S ORIGINAL BRICK STATENot to mention his POS machine doesn't work so I was forced to give him cash, so now no real financial record.HE BASICALLY ROBBED ME FOR $360TRASH BUSINESS!

Jim and Abe are not only excellent at their job but are also very kind, personable, and honest. They have been our go-to auto center for two decades now, and we have recommended them to numerous friends and family members. I can't tell you how comforting it is to know that we have them to handle our automotive needs, whether it be a fender bender, new tires, trouble shooting, bodywork, or whatever else may come up. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Thanks for all the wonderful service and friendship, Orange Auto Center!
