Five stars doesn’t even come close or begin to describe the experience I had with option one! Kasey and Alex were more than helpful, beyond understanding, and worked endlessly to get me into a brand new car. I’ve been to dozens and dozens of dealerships the last month and they’re the only ones that made this possible! Thank you option one!!!!!

Kacey was amazing in helping us find the van we wanted. She was very professional, patient and helpful and it's always great to come across those types of people when dealing with a hectic situation like such. After doing a month of car shopping and visioning myself as a 1st time buyer. I considered this being a difficult task off the bat. Had gone through 3 dealers, the negotiating (3-5hrs avg.) was stressing/exhausting and never came to a reasonable deal (It was like a chess game honestly). Up until I contacted Francisco. He did an incredible job as well with his partner Alex. Truly professional, straightforward and took exceptional care of me. They literally did all the negotiating, meanwhile I sat and enjoyed the ride. In less than 2 hrs the deal was done. I was completely satisfied, and money was saved! To those that seek a new/used vehicle purchase, I suggest you guys contacting Option hands down. You guys were awesome, can't thank you enough.

I want to say thank you to all the guys at OPTION 1 , very professional and knowledgeable. I got turned down by 4 dealers and the one's that approved me gave me sky high monthly payments or used high-mileage cars. I wanted a new car, OPTION 1 made it possible and left me with a monthly payment well with in my budget. Thank you guys, GOD BLESS YOU.

I cannot say anything but great things about these guys. I had a really hard case and they never gave up on me! They worked and worked until they made it happen. They were able to get me into a brand new car with low payments that I can afford. I highly recommend this company! They will work until it happens. Alex and Eddie the greatest!

My boyfriend purchased his Lexus through Nick and was able to get one of the best deals for his new 2017 Lexus. I would definitely recommend using them as a car broker to help you find the lowest cost for vehicles possible. Will definitely use them when it's time for me to get a new car!
