“Unbelievable hands down best car mechanic I've ever been to. Here's why I say this.
First, you can go to their website and schedule a time to take your car in which is much better than just showing up and hoping they can take your car in at that time.
Second, I took my car in to have my brakes checked and they said they were good. He said come back in about 6,000 miles and we can replace them at that time because you still have 20% on the front pads and 30% left on the rear pads. He said this would be easier to just replace them all at the same time and would save you money. I've never had a mechanic that was that honest.
Third, My air conditioner was not as cold as it used to be I own a 2019 Ford mustang and as of today I never added freon. He looked at it and said all we need to do is add a little bit of freon and that's it. He explained to me exactly how the air conditioning on the car works before the work was done which made me more knowledgeable about what is involved which helped me to feel more comfortable.
Finally, as of today August 11th 2024 is shop is open on Saturday until 6:00 as well as Monday through Friday which most shops are closed on the weekends that I talked to or they're only open half day. This made it a lot easier and more convenient to go. The work was done in less than 3 hours just like he said it would. Thank you Sean.
PS. After I paid and left he called me about 10 minutes later and asked if I had left my tumbler cup which I did so he kept the store open for another 15 minutes so I could turn around and pick it up. He could have not said anything about the cup, he could have said come by on Monday but he didn't What a great guy. The shop has been there for 18 years that says something. This is why he has earned my business for life.”

“This is an A+ honest garage. We are from out of town, and we noticed something hanging from the underside of our car. We texted family, who said they thought it was just the cover but we wanted to make sure. The garage looked for us and told us not to bother replacing it and removed it - no charge. “Electron Automotive is the best! They are friendly and profesional. I have a 2007 Honda Accord Hybrid that the Honda dealer was unable to repair and Electron not only repaired it but, they repaired it at a reasonable price. And this wasn't my only experience with them.
I took the Accord back for and oil change, and as part of the oil change Electron performed a 41 point inspection of the car and found that there was a heavy oil leak caused by cracked valve covers. Honda wanted more than $700 for new valve covers, plus it was going to take them more than a week to get them. The guys at electron found valve covers at a reasonable price and completed repairs days early. I say enought about how nice it is to deal with people that are so customer oriented!”

Everyone i have dealt with at the Orange store on Tustin has been absolutely wonderful! Even the guy last year that sold me the tires with the warranty was amazing! Quick service!”

“I was told by the dealer that I needed to replace my front control arm on my 2016 Lexus 350ES. I was also told the repair would be expensive so I decided to get a second opinion at Chapman Auto Repair. After they looked at my vehicle I was told that while there was some wear, no replacement was necessary at this time. They said it has a ways to go before it would need to be replaced. Chapman Auto Repair is now my go to shop for any vehicle repairs. Thanks again Joe for taking such good care of me. I will see you when my next vehicle service is due.”

“I've been coming here for a few years, mostly for smog but I've had U.A.S. do some other work on my vehicles and am always satisfied. Honest and up front, that's what you want with a mechanic. The Good: pretty much all the work they do is good work. Never had a complaint or issue. The pricing is always fair, and the customer service is always pleasant. Like I said, they are fair and honest. Mechanics don't last long and this one has been here for years (see picture) Rick helped me out this time with some smog and tire repair, but all their reps are awesome! The Bad: sometimes it can take a little longer than expected but it's gonna be shorter than other places.The Ugly: the grease stains on the floor? Idk this place is really clean. The bathroom I suppose could use a little work but it's a mechanic shop, why are you spending time in the bathroom? So long as I keep having great interaction and service, I'll keep coming to United Automotive Service”
