This review goes out for Stephanie, who was at the cash register when I purchased my son’s shoes. Provided such great customer service since the beginning, very friendly, had just a great attitude was very helpful, answered all my questions, was very patient with me. She also helped me purchase my son’s shoes online since it was not available in the store, she checked other stores for me since I needed them by Monday. She verified all my information and the size of the shoes. I’m a mom of 4 kids and money can be tight sometimes she was also kind enough to look up my information to see if I had any coupons or points and she did I had $10 of birthday coupon. Too me she literally went above and beyond. I left very happy and satisfied from the store. I don’t usually shop there but I will definitely be returning and referring my friends and family. Other staff members also helped with looking for shoes and sizes. Thank you Stephanie, I hope the manager is proud of having you as an employee. I would.

Honestly this store needs to get their employees on the same page. I have really low expectations when it comes to customer service because I'm willing to do most of the work as long as they ring me up. But for a simple "2 for 1" deal, the employee ringing me up charged me THREE TIMES by mistake. I had to dispute the charge at the bank and wait for them to refund me. I was okay with this at first (an honest mistake although REALLY inconvenient) But I wanted to exchange one of the shoes that was originally $89 dollars (the cashier told me to find an item with a lower value) I finally found some for around $70 and the manager denied me the exchange saying that now I had to find one that was less than $54 ?? I've wasted days of my personal time (calling the bank, calling the store, looking for shoes for no reason apparently) because of employee miscommunication and mistakes.

Just went shopping and this place is a must go to get shoes. Have many varieties of options to choose from for all ages. Many brands like converse, vans, fila, Nike, sketchers. The clearance sections had plenty of good options of all sizes to choose from too. My aunt got high heels for $20 reduce from $40 after the sale. Sometimes you hit the jackpot and sometimes you pay regular discounted prices but it's still low. I ended up getting an amazing pair of Filas for only 50 bucks. It's usually $70. This place is very big and very plentiful. Might be your go to places for shoes!

I had a fabulous experience here today. I first made a return for some sandals I ordered online that didn't fit. The refund was seamless. Then I went looking for some new tennis shoes and was met by an amazing person named Stephanie. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She brought me sizes, made great suggestions and was very courteous and friendly. She has such a lovely personality that exudes customer service. I let her manager know as well. I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes and spent way more than my refund. Great time shopping here! Thank you Stephanie!

This is a large store located at the Outlets of Orange with a great variety of shoes. My son needed some new dress shoes for his communion and I was so relieved to find out they had some shoes in my son's size! The employees were friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. They helped us find the perfect shoe for my son's special day. Thanks, Off Broadway!!
