The experience was pleasant, the customer service was helpful, polite and friendly, very efficient, facility was properly maintained except for the door to access the units it was not very secure. I will give an 8 for the experience

They made it easy to rent my unit. The staff, I believe it was Gregg, was very nice and friendly. He showed me different types of units so I could choose. I even got 1/2 rent for my first two months!
