Vieja ratera.....If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. Recently my mom went to Mexico and before she left she sent 3 boxes full of stuff like brand new blender, pots, toster and clothing. When she got to Mexico 2 weeks later the boxes arrive, when she open them only have of the stuff she sent she got the other half was just cardboard. All I want to add is just please do not send anything through this company.

We shipped a large box to Madero, Mexico and it was wrongly routed to guadalajara first, but eventyally the whole box arrived intact via fedex. All items arrived complete and in good condition. Will use them again.

If I could this company a rating of 0 stars I would. 4 years ago my family sent a lots of personal belongings like her marriage dress, our baptism memories and many more valuable things. They told us that the moving truck got lost somewhere in Mexico and all they do is tell us lies. We call them with everyone phone in our house and they never answer. Then we get an unknown number to call them and they answer quickly. My father tried to make a deal with Andres Bracamontes to at least get some of our money back but he never came to the appointment he arranged with us. It's been since 2014 that we have no idea what happened with our things. I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY. They suck so much and aren't professional.
