Tiffany helped us get exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Once we decided on the watch we wanted she then found 5 of them as we were purchases gifts for our nephews. Then she found every discount available. When all was said and done, we were able to purchase the watches for almost 50% less than their sticker price. It was a great experience all the way around.

The store is beautiful and all the watches. However, the two gentlemen working there had great personalities and were talkative and just good people.

I was in California visiting family and I was helped by Aaron. The young gentleman was dressed very formally and had a professional yet welcoming attitude. He helped me find the perfect gift for my husband. I would recommend Aaron for service, and Movado to everyone that needs a good gift for someone special in their life!

Best store there is ! They have a great selection of their products! It is super clean with great lighting ! I've even found things here that no other store had which really makes me happy !I left the store in Ontario Mills mall a few months ago frustrated with their bad help ! Then I came here and bought a watch from Yesenia ! I have bought a watch from her the last 4 times in the store over the last few months Joe and Janet are also very friendly ! I always feel special here ! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

My husband and I went into the Movado Store and was met by three gentlemen associates with a warm greeting. I asked for Janet, the store manager who previously helped me 11days ago, and they called her from the back as she had stepped away for a minute to check something--Janet greeted me by name and my husband with warmth and a great smile! I introduced her to my husband, and she asked my husband how he liked the watch. My husband said he thought it was great, but needed some adjusting. Within seconds, Janet helped to size the watch and explained what she was going to do to help with the sizing. We waited and browsed around and noticed that the store had a lot of variety and great price points to choose from. I also have to say that the lighting and displays were also attractive and clean. Janet came back with the resized watch and it fit perfectly! We left feeling very satisfied! My husband had another question about the watch, and he went back to the store about half an hour later and Janet and another associate explained and showed him other features about the watch. All were attentive, professional, kind, and knew great detail about their beautiful products. I am definitely enjoying this store and want to thank you Janet and Associates for a great experience once again! Everyone should stop by and purchase from here!

Worked with Javier to purchase a new watch for my upcoming wedding. The sales Movado had and the in-store discounts Javier and Janet the store manager were able to provide afforded me the ability to purchase watches for my groomsmen ( 5 in total. ) I'll be back for a few more as they'll be great gifts for the holidays! Javier is super patient and professional when helping size and pick out watches for you and your party, I highly recommend this location.

For Mother's Day weekend I went to this location and was not greeted by 2 of the representative that were working, a Hispanic gentleman and an Asian gentleman. They were wrapping up a transaction so I gave them time. My son, daughter, and I walked around the glass display looking for a gift, still no acknowledgement. The Asian young man walked right passed us to go to the back and said nothing. Then a Caucasian woman walks through the door and they greet her instantly. I told my son we will not spend money where we are not respected. I drove to the Brea mall and bought the Movado watch from Kay Jewelers. Will never return and will tell others not to spend at this location as well.
