825 N Tustin St, Orange“I reached out for a quote for a possibly broken iPhone 11 port that would charge on/off and connect/disconnect randomly with my headphones. I was really impressed with this place's 6 month warranty, $10-$15 clean up fee and $85 port replacement price (should I need it). Other places had offered a flat rate of $110 upwards for a port replacement, with no offer to try a cleanup first, no offers for a warranty, the most being only up to 3 months. So I really appreciate this place for going above and beyond with their service, being honest with what I may or may not need, instead of limiting me to the most expensive option. I came in on a Tuesday around 4 pm and lucked out there was nobody at the store. I believe it was the owner who fixed my port in less than 5 minutes. He took out what looked like a little ball of lint with a pair of sharp tweezers and said to see how my phone is after a week. If it still has issues connecting, I can come back for a port replacement, minus the $10 I paid for the cleanup. Really appreciate how kind he was and how quick the service was. On the way home, my port connected seamlessly to my power bank and is now charging without the charging sign blipping in and out. “I always go to this store everyone is super friendly. Unfortunately the 800 number for Tmobile Customer Service left out a few things from my package delivery as well as complete instructions but they did tell me I could return to my original store where I bought the equipment and they could help me, which I should of done originally. Thankfully Omar was there to help trouble shoot with great communication and professionalism. Super patient with me no matter how many times I needed to go back and forth today.

He was able to make the purchase and data transfer as smooth as Suavecito hair grease. He was very informative with the on going promotions and product information in regard to comparing the new iPhone to the previous models. He was friendly, kind and made myself and my sister feel welcomed, unlike other T-Mobile stores. I would recommend anyone who needs help with their mobile services seek him out. “I have been here several times now. They have a better selection at this location than the Target closer to me, so that's a plus. Parking lot is often times packed during the middle of the day which I took a star off for. This location is popular and can also be running low on stock so I advise checking the Target app to see if an item you're particularly interested in is in-stock before coming. The employees I spoke to today were super friendly and helpful. They do have a Starbucks but no outdoor garden center. Still, overall, a pretty decent neighborhood Target store.”

“I was very impressed with Steven at the Village in Orange. He was patient and long suffering as he helped me through decision making and then assisting me with transferring all information from my old iPhone to the new 14. I didn't give Steven 5 stars due to the only issue i had which with the pricing - terribly expensive and there were no 'deals' to be had although Steven searched for them. No trade-ins available to help with the cost. However, for an older and tech-challenged customer, Steven was courteous and extremely understanding. I thank him for his patience!”
“I was missing out on very important calls on my phone because it was problems charging it so I went into the store and he help me out with my number and merged it temporary so that I can continue to receive those important calls. I think him so much and God bless him.”

691 S Main St Ste 80, Orange“This Verizon location was very helpful. I can from a different carrier of many years and was used to them. But when I can to Verizon, everything was better. The service from Julian was amazing. He was very informative but let me choose what I wanted. He was very patient with questions, and I had a lot. We did run into some problem, that were fully out of his control, but he handled them well. The reason I switched is because I received a new job that required me to send more photos. My old carrier was taking a long time to send over. Now with Verizon they send much faster. Looks like Verizon is stuck with me. Thanks again Julian for you great service!!”
“Staff were very kind caring friendly and so nice and helped me with my purchase thanks to the cashier. For her help regarding my purchase of fabric, the card reader could not read my credit card very well and we tried my credit card several times did not work to my shocking eyes and then my husband used his card and paid but I was so shocked and will go to bank to check why ??? Anyhow store was not that organized but staff were so kind and helpful and caring , overall I got what I needed at home and thank God and praise Lord Jesus and thank you Mother Mary. For today ... as each day has its own drama these days ,,,,”
“I had issues with my iPhone charging. I brought my phone in and even though it's an older 7 model Robert worked on it to see if it was a minor issue and it was. He cleaned it and he said no charge because there were no repairs or replacements needed. Totally rare to find honest and gracious people. I'll definitely be back if I ever have any issues with any of my tech equipment.”
