Can't choose zero stars otherwise I would.....worst company I have dealt with in decades. I paid for expedited delivery as I needed the item for an event. They shipped it ground and it didn't arrive in time. won't answer the phone, VM full, emails take days ....pathetic. Taking money under false presences is theft!

I'm happy for all the people that got their items and had a great experience at this vendor, because I definitely did not. I searched/inquired various locations near my home, reached out to this store's owner(?) two weeks ago in preparation of my close friend's bachelor party and requested order of t shirts so I can surprise him and wear that on Friday night (I know, it's cheesy, but I wanted to make a good memory). He responded telling me to send the file so I've sent it to him hoping to purchase through him. Initially I've received good responses, then the responses got late, later, until to the point where I got worried and constantly followed up on my order. I was contemplating whether I should jump ship, but 3 days before, owner responds saying he is able to do it and gives me a ballpark price, which sounded reasonable, so I committed to wait. In conclusion? Today, the day before my friend's event, he apologizes to me saying his employee is too busy and won't be able to make my order, and 'hopes to do business again in the future'. I'm furious, feels like I got screwed in the last minute, never been served like this doing business. I want to rant some more, but I have to go scramble to find someone who can make a shirt today, if that's any way possible. Thanks Mixed Tees.

I am not a happy customer. I purchased 5 shirts on December. 9th,2018 to gift to my family on Christmas. Unfortunately there was an issue with the order and the colors i asked for were not available and i was notified December 11. I didn't check my email in time to correct my order for the shirts to arrive before Christmas. I replied December 22 and continued with the order with a different color option that was available to me hoping they'd arrive by January 12 (community day). I haven't received a reply back or an order update. Now we have a February community day coming up and i fear i will not get shirts at all.

I just received my order today, man are these nice shirts! I got some for the kids for Christmas and one for me. All of them are made from quality material and the designs are really awesome! Fast shipping from Cali to Michigan. VERY happy! Highly recommend!

I had an issue with Mixed Tees when I first placed an order for the Ollie Moss Star Wars poster set. The posters came with fingerprints and smudges all over them and they didn't look great. I reached out to customer service and was promptly sent a new set. They arrived and to my dismay they also contained the smudges. I was pretty upset and wrote my previous review and quickly thereafter the management team reached out to me quickly and set it up so I could come in and review the posters and pick up a final set. They also offered free t-shirts to make up for the errors, which I turned down because I didn't want my review to be influenced by free merchandise. Mixed Tees rates 5 stars because they try and try till they get it right and sincerely try to make up for inconveniences caused during the printing process. I will shop with Mixed Tees again because of their amazing work, top tier quality service, and terrific products.
