Left after the cashier ignored those of us who were waiting in the line and took customers who just walked up and skipped the line. The cashier didn't say anything to those walking past the line and cutting. So upsetting.

Please DONT buy gift cards from them. I bought 3 apple gift cards for Christmas & all of them had already been redeemed. I bought it only 1 day before giving them to loved ones. Don't waste your hard earned money. I might have to take it as a loss, per Sean (Manager) & Julio. I recommend having them behind the counter to avoid possible scams. Looking like a loss on my end unfortunately

I brought in a large commissioned painting for framing around 11:30 a.m. today. The employees at the custom framing counter didn't acknowledge me, and they made me wait, standing at the counter for 20+ minutes, until I finally had to walk out. A solitary employee had been helping a customer at the counter while two other employees just TALKED in the back room. I appeared around the corner so the chatty employees could see that I was waiting, but that did no good. Eventually the two employees emerged in time to take their lunch breaks. This was no small job I needed done. The work had been quoted earlier at the same Michael's store for $871. Now my time and the previous time Michael's spent with me choosing frame styles is wasted, because I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I'm really disappointed with how this store is run. I do not recommend them.

This store is well organized and well stocked. I often come here when the Tustin store doesn't have what I'm looking for. I usually do not have to wait too long to check out. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience finding frames to fit by certificates! Kathryn is so helpful and spent a good amount of time showing me what would work for my certificates and helped me get the best value.

The staff is sincere and sweet. If its not busy, you'll experience their passion to help you with your artistic aspirations by just asking for their thoughts and advice. Highly recommend going into this location if you're even curious to craft but scared to start. Have a few ideas of what you want to make and share it with them. You'll be on your way to creating right when you get home. And if you realize you may have gotten too much, they are great with returns. Tip: remember to sign up for Michaels Rewards and file your receipts and the coupons they give you.

Christina by the front desk as me and my friend were walking out of the store I heard her speaking to another employee saying my outfit was inappropriate. I feel disgusted that she would even comment on my body or attire.

The selection here is always great. The store was clean. I came around 530 today and the lady at the front, her name began with an O, she helped me with a return and my purchase. Very sweet.

I appreciate this particular Michaels because they always stay up to date with their stock and aren't afraid to put things that aren't selling in the discount/blowout aisle, therefore giving them more room to stock items that do sell in those areas.
