Just got a new phone and all my calls are going to my old one, seems like they didn't even finish the transfer and when I'm calling to find out what happened no one answers.

I do not recommend this phone service they have poor customer service and knowledge. One day my phone just did not have data i could not call nor text. And i paid my bill the previous day. I went in the chapman location to seek help. The girl that was there alone asked if i had a LG phone. And i said yes. She said that Metro was no longer doing service for LG phones. And may i add this was on aug 4th in morning orange calif location on chapman. She did not even trouble shoot nor check my phone. And said that with a smirking smile. I called metro and after they troubleshooted twice for lengthy times. My phone still had no data and nor did they offer a free phone for the inconvenience. And a rep said the girl lied at the phone store it was not true.

I do not recommend Metro by T mobile. When you seriously have a problem with something and need customer service. You will experience their incompetence. Ingnorance, and poor customer service.

This store was awesome! Maribel is such a sweetheart. She saved a phone out for me from her latest shipment. She was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back for all my cell phone needs.

This store rips off their customers. Check your receipt and ask what your charges are for. They try to sneak in accessories on the sale without the customers consent. Liars working here. Poor management. I wonder how many other MetroPCS stores get away with this.

Perfect store service! I was having trouble paying my bill online so I went to the store to get assistance. The manager maribel as well as the staff Evelyn, were very helpful, friendly, and professional. They took time to help me find a even better plan plus a new phone for a great price! I will definitely be coming back for the friendly environment!!

BEWARE!!!!! Lie cheat and steal from coustermers.I came in with an unlocked iPhone to be connected for my daughter and added to my plan. When asked if I can use an old sim card that came from metro instead of buying a new one they said that metro stopped allowing that was like #1. Next they said the sim card from them would cost 20 bucks lie #2. Then after all said and done to connect a phone pay the 1st month on a $45 plan and forced to buy a sim card from them came out just over 84 bucks. I paid in cash and said to myself that seems a bit much but my fault for not looking at my recipe. Well when I got home later that night Inotoced a car charger at the bottom of the bag. I doubled checked the recipe and noticed they charged me for a car charger 29.99 bucks that I never asked and noticed it was at the bottom of the bag. Well I needed up heading back and wanted to speak with them as to why I was charged for a car charger when I never asked for one and wanted my money back for an item I never wanted or ask for. The manager said they could not give me a refund on that item and said if I did I would have to have my phone bill increased to off set the cost. So in reality I would never get a refund that people is threatening and extortion. They kept giving me the run around about how they could not refund for that car charger. How accessories are not refundable even if they charged you for one when you didn't want one. Then they were going to give me 29.99 back but then the owner called and last minute said no. So this is how this store treats its customers by lieing to them, cheating and stealing their money, and having more customers service.
