Working in a very busy operating room dependable reps are needed to make a surgery go as smoothly as possible. Meta and their team especially Rashad have always been dependable and accommodating to what can be a very unpredictable OR. All the staff is very professional and work well with our OR to create a cohesive surgical team.

I work for UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and the Meta team (especially Rashad and his trainees) have been AMAZING!!! They are super helpful and knowledgeable about the products they offer and what they can do. They are always available for help and to answer questions. I HIGHLY suggest if you are thinking of using this brand of navigation DO IT! They will not disappoint.

I have used their service and my colleagues will agree that the technicians that they send to support surgery procedures have a lack of knowledge with the equipment and anatomy. I also discovered the technicians are not certified by the navigation platform's manufacturer. Please be cautious before using this group.

The review by "K" makes no sense and is not accurate in any way. I was employed by Meta Dynamic for about 18 months in 2017 and 2018 until I relocated to Utah. I found ALL the employees and the owner to be caring and competent. The owner is financially generous, kind, patient and understanding regarding the employees. I'm not saying that Meta is perfect because we are all human and working with equipment that is not perfect. I am saying that because Meta has been thriving for so many years the doctors, hospitals and related staff MUST find the services that Meta provides to be valuable and worthwhile or they would stop using them.

This is a horrible mom and pop business where it's another guy with money just trying to make more. They have no clue what they are doing just trying to run around getting accounts at hospitals with no expertise knowledge of the field. They leased equipment trying to make a name for themselves hiring anyone and everyone they can just to make a buck! Do not support this business by any means they have no idea what they are doing.
