What's up with the old dude with the beard and beanie? What a rude old fart, any time he's there has a huge stick up his ass. Sold us a shitty vape juice tasted burnt on a vape we had bought from there too.

White guy with beard and glasses was an a*** Came in to grab something quick and dude was by himself, no other customers present, and he acted like he couldn't be bothered. He was rude to my girlfriend and wouldn't answer any of our questions.

Opened till 11 so I could get my vape juice. Yes they had a great selection of flavors. They also had plenty of smoke tools from hookah to herbs. Glass and silicone. I of course prefer silicone. You know won’t break when I am any where within a 8’ radius. Lol

Store is okay but the part I don't like is they sell to minors. Every time I'm in there it seems like there is some 13 year old grabbing a vape or bong. The two store owners don't seem to care about selling to a big group of high school or middle school kids because that is how they make most of their money. It's sad to see a vape shop like that not follow rules and make it easy to access for the youth. I'm not much of a complainer but I have been going here over a year and it has been happening since I first came.

Absolutely disgusting staff and store. DO NOT COME HERE. This store needs to shut down. They sell overpriced b******** And the product doesn't even work. Here is how my most recent sales went with them just yesterday. I came in and everything was cool, my girlfriend got a new vape and and so did I. Hers is fine but mine was sketchy from the start. The vape itself didn't even have a coil installed in it like all vapes do. So it seems like someone took it out and tried them or it was made incorrectly. But I didn't think much of it. I came home and assembled my product and it didn't work. So I called the store and asked if I could come in and when asked what product and when I told him that I had tried all I could to make it work and I even went on the (SMOK) website to check the authenticity. And it was a fake! So I told him and he then paused and knew that they were caught And hung up. What kind of service was that? You're rude and unprofessional. I honestly hope this store gets shut down and knowing they are just scamming people. I reported the store on the SMOK website so they were aware this store was selling duds in their name. This isn't the first time I've had a problem I've bought dud coils from them I guess some stores just don't deserve multiple chances and just need to be called out from the start.
