I needed to track down a nebulizer for my infant son and they are harder to track down these days (I didn't want to online order, wanted to pick up asap) but Alpha was one of the first places I called and had several options in stock that I could pick up that day. Having never purchased compression socks before, he was friendly, polite and repeated things to me so I would completely understand. At no time did I feel he talked down to me or felt he was inconvenience by me asking 1, 2 or 3 questions more than once.
While we talk, I sat down in the recliners. What I was really impressed was, he did not push them on me. He let me go at my own pace with questions that interest me.
(Remember, I only came in for compression socks)

Derek went over each recliner; when he explained it to me, he backed away some so I could try it without feeling like he was hovering over me (He is not a pressure salesman, but he is there when I needed something.)
After Derek showed and told me about the adjustable Headrest and the “adjustable” Lombard Support it was a done deal. (I didn’t mention that I had 3 back fusions).
I should have mentioned that the recliners are top quality. The workmanship is excellent and there’s a variety of recliners to meet your individual need.
In summary, if it wasn’t for Derek, I would not have purchased what I did. He was polite, sincere, willing to change the order without showing any frustration on his part.
If I owned my own business, Derek would be the first person I would hire.
