Mike has been doing our taxes for a few years. We've had some pretty bad experiences in the past, but Mike has made us feel comfortable from the moment we met him. He provides honest advice and doesn't cut corners like others have done before. Mike also offers the option to drop off your paperwork in advance to cut down appointment time. The process is always quick and easy. We love it! We've already recommended friends and family and will continue to do so.

Mike is wonderful! He had great communication once I finally got all my tax forms in. Due to COVID everything was done through the phone and processed the next day. He even took my call on 4/15, when I had a question about the rebate! Great guy, and I always talked directly with him.

I called MB Tax Service three days ago and left a message on their answering machine asking for them to call me back as I wanted to set up a consultation. I still have not received the courtesy of a call back. If this is the way they do business perhaps it is best that I have not heard from them.
