This review is long overdue, also this review is for the Service Department. Had a very good experience with Will, from making the appointment to dropping off my car, everything was explained AND the final invoice was exactly what he said it would be, very pleased!

Want to get treated like a dollar sign instead of a customer, welcome to Mazda of Orange. The know it all salesman Alec was irritated with me for reading through the contract before I signed. He kept huffing and puffing to the point I had to ask hin.."are you upset because I want to read what I'm signing?" The car i purchased is a 2021 pre-owned Mazda 6. A panel on the front of thre car popped up while I was inspecting the car with Alec. I showed him, and then I pushed it down and it stayed attached. The point is he was aware before I took the car. I guess the "bumper to bumper" warranty is just "a term" as Alec said today, because the refused to fix the panel, as it continues to pop up. They don't stand on their word or their warranty. I am a dissatisfied customer, and Mazda of Orange gives the Mazda brand a bad name. They will NEVER get my business again.

I added another mazda to my family this week. Adrien was my sales guy and gotta say I am impressed. He never pulled me around, I told him what I was willing to spend for the car and he made it happen. As per the usual that is where my perfect experience ended with Mazda. The moment I got the car home I noticed the roof was a mess and there was grease in globs scattered throughout the exterior. I needed to go back to get them a pink slip and my registration for loyalty discount so it wasn't inconvient to get them a second chance to clean the car. Their finance guy Steve really sold me hard on their quality of warranties and the professional level of their service center. He claimed they were making big strides to be like Mercedes but I just don't see it. I spent major money on a premium trim automobile and couldn't even surprise my wife with a clean vehicle. Very disappointed.Update, sitting here waiting for my car to be washed. Over an hour and I'm still waiting, this is why I don't want to do business with their service team! Love my new clean car though. Very excited for the wife to drive it to work for the first time tonight

Great buying experience. Found a car online and sent an email expressing interest in the vehicle. I was assigned Adrian as our salesperson. I showed up to the dealership an hour later than the appointment time due to traffic and rather than the running around trying to find the vehicle and a salesperson to help that I had experienced at other dealerships, the car was out front and Adrian was waiting for us. Took it for a test drive and all was as expected, no surprises. After the short (but usual) back and forth negotiations, we landed at a mutual deal and Adrian and the rest of the team had us out of there in no time. I highly recommend the dealership and ask for Adrian if you can. He went above and beyond for us.

It was my first time purchasing a car and I was wary of car salesmen as I heard some stories of them ripping you off especially if you're a woman. I made sure to go to four dealerships to get their best quote and Mazda of Orange had the best offer. I purchased my Mazda CX-50 through Ivor Hough and he was a pleasure to work with. He was polite and patient with me throughout the whole purchasing and trade-in process. Bobby Velto was also a pleasure to work with. He was also friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I felt at ease at this dealership. Highly recommend Mazda of Orange if you're planning to buy a Mazda.

There's a Mazda out there somewhere for you if that's what your looking for. As we found out after a disappointing experience at Mazda of Orange. Having given them my Buisness for the last three years they let me walk away . They made me feel like they were giving me the best deal possible. Nope! There are sweet deals out there people! Be patient and keep on looking there's a Mazda out there for everyone. And a good deal Mazda of orange is not the dealership your looking for.

We recently took our son's Certified Pre-Owned Mazda 3 to Mazda of Orange. The car needed to have injectors replaced as well as a system software upgrade installed to improve engine performance/efficiency.While we often "dread" the dealership sales and service experience due to wasted time, haggling, etc., we have nothing but good words to share about this dealership and its service department. They were professional, informative, and accommodating.It was a genuine pleasure interacting with Eric Badillo, one of the department managers, and even chatting with him about his hometown and other cities where he has worked -- all of which we've lived in or visited extensively on a regular basis. He is a straight-shooter -- which seems to be an increasing rarity in the automotive sales and service world.We STRONGLY recommend Mazda of Orange's service department, and no small part of that is due to the department's management and leadership approach as demonstrated by Eric Badillo and others on his team.

Excellent customer service. Provided activities for the younger guest to enjoy while their love ones conducted business.I started my point of contact with Patrick my salesman a month prior to purchasing my CX-5. He followed up with me while I went through some issues with my trade in vehicle. He reached out to see how everything was going. I can’t leave out Bobby in finance. He kept me laughing through my process of signing my loan documents. Thank you to all the staff that I had contact with through my buying experience at Mazda Of Orange.

Fernando was exceptional went on and beyond the call of duty. He was professional and practiced excellent people’s skills great customer service and a pleasure to work with. The negotiations did not take long and I felt I received the value I was looking for. I was a loyal Toyota customer until they started with their dealer markups. If my Mazda CX-50 performs as I expect I will be coming back in the near future.

Oh man where do I start lol, in 2022 I was looking for a semi-luxury, relabile, and affordable sedan. I looked at Honda, Toyota, and Chevy but was not finding that semi-luxury I was looking for. Eventually I came across the 2022 Mazda 3 Carbon Edition and I immedialty fell in love with the car. I am currently sitting at 12,250 miles with only minor chips to the paint and no mechanical issues. Alec Makepeace from the sales floor was one of the best salesman I ever met. He was very straight forward and knew exactly what he was talking about when it came to comparing other models and trims. I live an hour away but I will always come to Mazda of Orange to get my vehicle serviced due to how friendly and welcoming the advisors are when you arrive. Shout out to Muhammad (Moe) in the service department for always giving 110% customer service. However, due except to wait a while to have your vehicle serviced but if we're being honest you can except that at any dealership you go too. I give my thanks to the staff at Mazda of Orange, from the front desk to the mechanics servicing my vehicle. You guys rock!

I was in the market for a new car. Walked into Mazda of Orange where I was promptly greeted. I was introduced to Raul who helped me find the exact car I wanted. I took a test drive with Raul and he pointed out every feature. The negotiation process was very ideal with only a couple of back and fourths and couldn't be happier with the agreed price. Steve from financial was amazing. He took the time to explain all the fine print and made sure I understood everything. When I was done with all of the signing of paperwork, Raul greeted me again and let me ring a bell with the whole staff applauding me, which was actually really fun. Raul showed me my shiny new car which just came out of the car wash. Next, Lila came out and explained all of the tech features and helped me set up the MyMazda app. The whole process from when I first walked in to driving off the lot with my new car took less than 2 hours. I am very impressed with this dealership. Raul is my new go-to guy for all of my future car purchases. Thank you Mazda of Orange! You've just made a repeat customer for life.
