Leaving this poor review in the hope of getting some attention from Mary's Directors. They continue to post Google hours open Tuesdays u0026 Thursdays... Yet are actually CLOSED at their new Anaheim boulevard listed address. I have called them multiple times, and spoke with them in person... yet they refuse to correct their misleading entry! This harms the community of people who need their services most, who have travel difficulty only to be frustrated. And my attempts to correct them have been met with disdain at best... And outright aggression at worst! Perhaps this is one of the reasons the City of Orange evicted them. Sadly... their services are both needed and missed... But not their bad attitude.

Closing this place down is criminal when they have a 2-year lease left feeding the poor how bad government can be

One of the best places around here to volunteer at. Everybody there cares about helping the homeless. They accept donations in any shape or form as well.

I’m on my own journey right now and I needed a clean shower. The people I volunteered with are super friendly and enjoyable to be around. Anyone who rates this less then 5 stars hasn’t had to go without anything or are super stuck up. If you need a place to rest in a chair and get some shade/meal and shower; utilize this place and support!!!

Arrived in morning portopod restroom a Covid 19 risk. Was told showers to the public start @9am maybe don't know. Opens a 7am but no access. Have utilized this location for years last resort. Unsafe environment no security. Unorganization and staff are rude not welcoming. Orange Police department near by constantly sounding sirens in the morning no one around. Enablers taking advantage of a homeless crisis. Discriminative behavior and a barrier preventing progress. Shutdown would be in favor to find a more stable lifestyle instead of procrastinating. Need proactive structure and fix the problem don't contribute to the problem.

Mary’s Kitchen has with mercy and compassion done everything possible to assist the homeless. Unfortunately the City of Orange not only has no real understanding about homelessness m but they are more interested in money than humanity and are trying everything foul to get rid of Mary’s.
