Beware of this sad little company. Wish I could give ZERO stars. Every single proof they sent over was horrible! I sent over exactly what I wanted our notepads to look like, spending MY OWN VALUABLE TIME doing THEIR job. Then I get a call from Alice who is mad because I didn't like their artwork and sent over my own template. If I am spending over $300 on NOTEPADS, I will be happy with what I order, or I won't order at all! Even their website says: Our professional service guarantees: Fast reliable printing at competitive prices No set up charge for artwork on notepad products Yet, Alice is trying to charge me $25 per change on the proof, sending me an email saying: Please be aware that this is the last change we can make as per our disclosure we allow up to 2 changes after we send proof after that we have a $25.00 charge for any additional changes. Please confirm that this is final change. Alice Alice, it's your JOB to create proofs, and according to your website, you guarantee no set up charge for artwork on notepad products. I plan to use another company now because of your unprofessionalism. Beware of this company. Their prices may be competitive, but their customer service and fees suck. I recommend going to whose prices are competitive and shipping charges are much less! Thank You, Note Pads Inc and Mailing U.S. 231 E Emerson Ave Orange CA 92865 So now I am being threatened with SLANDER by this company. I am now contacting the BBB as well as my lawyers. What a joke of a company!!
