We specifically went to Mag-Trol because we felt they were experts in piecing together components for a specific application. When the parts arrived, they were incorrect and Mag-Trol refused to allow us to return the items. We ended up purchasing the required items elsewhere. A total thumbs down.

After driving around town to multiple supply houses and everyone telling me I had a special order part i got info for Mag-Trol. I walked in and wasn't overloaded with some fancy show room over loaded with shiny s*** that ill never need. On a personal note I like the work shop old school vibe more than the retail store vibe. Rod came to the counter and was friendly. I showed him my part not only did he know what is was (other companies people asked me what is that) he had as many as I needed in stock. He was super knowledgeable and I was so happy to find this place. They will definitely be my goto from now on.

Super knowledge and friendly staff. This is my go to place for electrical motor controls. They'll assemble a motor starter to your specifications. I like this. Other places will just hand you boxes with loose parts. A++ customer service
