Remarkable customer service! I had an antique sconce that had been damaged while I was trying to replace a light bulb. I went to Macy's Furniture Gallery based on Google reviews . Macy's Furniture Gallery repaired the lamp immediately and all is well! Thank you Macy's Furniture Gallery and I will return in the future.

Macy's sold is a bogus claim through Guardsman which is a SCAM company. My 16month old child got a hold of a crayon and left a couple marks on our new couch. Guardsman claims that the child knew what he was doing and deemed it not accidental and therefore not covered. As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner I can say that a 16 month old does not have the cognitive ability to distinguish right from wrong and therefore this was an accident. This is a terrible company. Shame on Macy's for up selling this scam.

Stay clear of this place unless you want to get stroked. They advertise bedroom furniture with dresser drawers that are English and French dovetailed. This is how they s***** you in, cause when the furniture arrives, the drawers are glued and stapled. This is garbage imported furniture. It comes in boxes from far away. This is not the quality I want. They false advertise. They are not straight forward speaking customer service. They lie to you. Now I am being told they will replace with dresser with dovetailed drawers. How can that be? Big waste of times I wonder how many people just keep this junk anyway. This is not good business practice to lie to people.

Do not even walk inside this store, I have dealt with 4 employees now including two manages and all I get is incompetence! We have been waiting to get furniture delivered, wrong furniture, delivery crew clueless, complaints fo no where, lied to by sales person, assured TKO by manager w sales receipt and yet tonight confirming delivery told order was never placed. I would suggest shop the floor, screen shot the furniture and shop on amazon. These employees have no clue what they are doing! Horrible communication and will just lie to you over the phone!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!

If I could give them a negative star, I would!!! Macy's has been nothing but a highly disappointing experience. Macy's came highly recommended from friends and family. We went, bought furniture, was provided and expected date. Delivery came - 1st time - damaged, 2nd time - missing parts, 3rd time - wrong part ordered, 4th time - late and wrong part ordered and then was told it would take at least 2 weeks before I can get a complete set of furniture. They offered a generous discount, but I don't need any more hassle. I have since had them return and remove the furniture I purchased. This is over a month already and I AM STILL WAITING for them to correct the invoice on my Macy's credit card. Customer service transferred me back and forth 4 times before I finally got them to conference Furniture and the Credit departments to correct the issue. I am HIGHLY disappointed as I had been a Macy's Dept Store fan (for over 15 years). Highly disappointed with their "white glove" service as it was anything BUT "white glove."

I will not purchase any furniture until I can try it out for comfort. Macy's has a good selection of sofas and chairs to sit and get a feel for quality and comfort. The sales people are helpful but not pushy.

Separate from the actual Macy's stores, I like coming here. I recently bought a really nice sectional and everyone loved it for the holidays. The sectional was black, sleek and very pretty. The place is a bit more pricey compared to the othe rplaces in the area. But I really liked the piece I bought along with the warranty. Would recommend the furniture gallery

I ordered a couch from Macy's. I received a letter in the mail stating that the merchandise was ready for delivery and to call to schedule a delivery date and merchandise would only be held for 60days. I received this letter on 11/24. I called 12/6 and schedule a delivery of the sectional for 12/20. On 12/18 I received a call that I would receive a call 12/19 for a time frame. 12/19 I received a call that the merchandise would be arriving between 2:30-4:30. At 4:09 I checked the status online, in which it said delivered. I called customer service and they informed me that the couch was not even at the ware house and would not be until January 5th. I am supposed to have 50 people over on 12/24. I got rid of all my current furniture to prepare for new furniture. Now I am to have my holiday with no furniture for my guest to sit on. Customer service had no explaination other than it was the warranty box being delivered. That was not even delivered either and the website says furniture delivery status: delivered 12/20 at 3:48. This ruined my first Christmas hosting for my family 4 day prior to the event. This is a huge disappointment, and too big of a mistake for a massive incorporation.

Five stars for the sales associate who took care of me at Macy's Furniture Gallery: Syed Kazmi!! I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Syed. I would rave about him all day if I could. He is absolutely phenomenal. He is respectful, very hard working, his sales style is laid back and informative, and he does not push sales on you at all. He takes the time to really help you, and does not make you feel rushed into making any decisions. He totally goes above and beyond for his customers. I have never experienced such a high level of customer service from any other furniture retailer. Syed is the reason I purchased from Macy's over any other store. It is easy for anyone to be nice when everything goes as planned, however, many times it is more difficult to do so when hiccups occur. Just another example that shows the amazing work ethic and customer service Syed provides to his customers. When I encountered an issue with my order, Syed worked tirelessly to iron it out. The end product is a customer who is very happy with her experience at Macy's-specifically with the customer service shown by Syed. If you are considering purchasing furniture from Macy's Furniture Gallery, look for Syed! He will not disappoint! A note about the furniture from Macy's: good quality, reasonable prices. Definitely worth considering if you are looking for furniture that is built to last you for many years to come.

I have never written a review in my life before and probably never will again. Avoid this place. The Customer service is atrocious. I just spent 45 minutes on the phone. 40 minutes was pressing menu buttons to try and talk to someone, this is for furniture not an airline ticket. The woman I talked to literally yelled at me and said I had an attitude. I was calling because the couch I had delivered is defective. The man I talked to said he would transfer me to a person. I waited 10 minutes, then someone picked up the phone and hung it up and I had to start over. I can definitively tell you that these people do not care about the company they work for or the customers they serve.

I will never purchase furniture from Macy's again. This store has changed quite a bit in terms of quality and customer service. This is why your business has waned over the years. This was my last furniture order after several years of purchasing 2 living room couches, etc. The associates on the phone are especially awful. If you want a mediocre sales experience, purchase furniture from Macy's. They failed to tell me that my furniture was on back order and then failed to try to fix the issue by at least apologizing for not sharing that with me upon order. I am not used to dealing with this type of service, especially at a store that I have spent $2,000 with. Bye Macy's it's been fun...

Syed was my sales associate. He took great care of me! I actually decided I would buy from him after I saw him working with another customer weeks before I even made my purchase. His interaction with that person was not pushy, very laid-back but very informative. So when I decided to purchase the Radley couch and the Jamison bed I definitely knew that I was going to go with Syed. Macy's furniture is highly underrated. I used to be a s***** for only West Elm and Crate and barrel. But now my eyes have been opened to a whole other world. Macy's furniture is awesome and the show room is excellent. I got some great deals for the memorial day weekend. And also I decided to buy floor models which significantly cut the price drastically. I really highly recommend the Oakbrook location at Macy's it's awesome. And also ask for Syed.

I have to be pretty moved to write a review and I was, Suzy blew us away. Our search for a couch started a couple weeks ago and finally ended yesterday at Macy's furniture gallery in Oak Brook. Suzy spent a lot of time with us in person and also through text. I was warning her that I was probably going to be needy but she wasn't deterred at all. We ended up with our perfect couch, plus a recliner in the clearance section my husband really liked, a new credit card, 0% financing and quick delivery. I am so excited about our new furniture and I actually hugged her when we left! Ha! She had a great ability to connect with my husband to talk measurements for our space and was able to connect with me easily for budget. Macy's should be proud to have her as an employee because she is an asset to them. My opinion of Macy's being amazing was completely formed by her customer service, personality, honesty and fairness with us. Even when my husband came in with his Harley gear and black bandana on to an upscale furniture store she didn't even wince. We adore Suzy!!

Had a very positive experience while shopping for mattresses. The salesperson, Paul, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Skilled at guiding us in our decision without ever being pushy. A very pleasant experience, would highly recommend to others.

After looking for a leather couch & loveseat for what seems like forever; we found a great selection & purchased at Macy's Furniture in Oakbrook. Salesman Syed was especially helpful & knowledgeable. Everything happened as he said it would, no unpleasant surprises. The delivery men were fantastic too. We came here as a last resort thinking what we wanted just did not exist in our price range. We actually had a difficult time deciding; the selection was fantastic. If you want something klunky looking don't shop here!
