This has become my preferred laundromat when it comes to washing large loads. Leaves my laundry smelling fresh and looking clean. This place is well lit and clean. Machines and dryers work great.There are some times that there are some machines down but management seems to get them up and running within a few business days. Great area near 7-Eleven and sushi restaurant.Would recommend to family and friends.

The Lucy’s Laundry here in Orange is great. Serrena is very helpful and transparent when it comes to timelines and logistics of clothes. Also, she does her best to accommodate me when my schedule is crazy I need something done fast. Hit up Serrena if you want great quality service!

It was really dirty and most of the washers and dryers were out of order and the prices are really expensive.over all I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I've been coming here for years and it's honestly the best place to ever come and wash, lot's of love to all the employees, managers are always helpful and amazing, and the price is perfect.

I hadn’t been to Lucy’s since Covid, and couldn’t believe how it had taken a turn for the worse. The place was empty, not even an employee at 3:30p Out of 27 washers, 7 had out of order signs on them. The one I used was suppose to hold 8loads, I washed 2 queen size quilts. The display panel was burnt out so I had no idea which wash cycle was going to run. The quilts weren’t that dirty, but the washers ran through so fast that they didn’t get any cleaner, and the cost was 9.19 for the wash only. It cost $1.00 just to get a prepaid card. Unfortunately, I won’t be doing any more business here. Hopefully someone from the business will see this and clean up their act.

Edited version of review: I have been looking for a cleaners and I was recommended to Lucy's by my neighbor. Yes, I am aware that location has different hours for the open laundry matt style versus the cleaner's section. People are there doing laundry in the laundry mat section but with a chain and lockbox on the cleaners door and no access from the interior and nobody working there, no signage, no working hours... Very frustrating. I did return many times on different days and various times during your working hours and nobody was there. I went out of my way several times, that's what is so frustrating. I ended up using different cleaners and over paying. I can only assume I wouldn't have the same experience at Lucy's.

Only good thing about this place is that there's a 7/11 right next to it.If YOU want to wash here just be aware you have to purchase a laundry card and it's 1 dollar. 2nd if you want to add more money you have to put the minimum of 5 dollers or more... Plus the area to fold clothes is so small and don't have that many spots .I noticed the machine that I used was 6.79 and the dryer is 1.99 for 24 min and doesn't dry well. I only needed to wash here one time because of a drs visit and wanted to waste time. I'm not from the area and happy I am not coming back here again. You can find another location with better deals and you can even get free drying while you're at it if you do yourself some research.Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

Zero star if i could. Bring a couple beddings from home to get it washed here. Machine broken and didnt work but keep taking out money from the card. No staff on site to assist. Horrible!

Machines are expensive.Place has an awful smell that we decided to wait outside for the machine to get done.Majority of the washers/dryers don’t work.Restroom out of service.No sink, no paper towels.Place was disgusting, crash everywhere.No physical employee onsite to report issue not to clean.

I wish I would’ve seen a previous review…. I’m a regular at the Lucy’s Costa Mesa location as well. I decided to try the Orange location since it’s actually closer to my house but learned the hard way, the machines don’t take the same card. Frustrating!!The logical thought is if they are the same company (as listed on their website) the cards should be used interchangeably. ??♀️??♀️ Well, they don’t so don’t bother trying.
