I don't like leaving bad reviews. This place is open something like 9am-5pm.
Closed most major holidays. If you are working full time how could you possibly access your unit ? It is also expensive. Not worth the hassle in my opinion.

I am so disappointed with the facility and the manager on site. I hate to leave negative reviews but the fact is my items were damaged and not a single care was given.I rented a small unit here in November of 2022 despite all the negative reviews. Rain came in December and I didn't have a need to go to my storage till January. When I finally went in opened the door I noticed my items were covered in mold.. and then I noticed rain and water still sitting in my items. My work and business necessities ruined. I immediately called the manager and her first response was "YOU NEED TO CALL YOUR INSURANCE".. didn't care about what I had to say. I told her she needed to come look at the hole in my unit and when she came her response was still, "you need to call your insurance". That's not what you say to someone when YOURE AT FAULT FOR NOT MAINTAINING YOUR PROPERTY AND RENTING OUT MOLDY UNITS WITH HOLES ON THE ROOF. There was and still is (February now) a hole in my unit roof and she wanted me to call the insurance. As if my insurance is responsible for patching up and maintaining YOUR PROPERTY. I finally got my items out and upon inspecting them, half of them need to be trashed. Not one call was made to help me get into another unit. Not one call was made to ask if they can have access to patch up the hole. The fact is that entire H building will be or probably already is covered in mold because the entire unit smells like it as soon as you walk near it. It would be nice if they cared just a little about their clients. I'm sure she yet has to inform anyone in that unit H that there was a leak. Because that leak goes Into the neighboring unit. There are better and well maintained facilities elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. When you call, they never answer the phone. What they have on their website is not true.

No wonder this place only has 2 and a half stars. Place is shady as hell. Got a unit just yesterday but decided we didn't need it and one day later we try to cancel and tney can't refund any of the money. What crap is that? Any way to make a dime because there to cheap to keep running. Going back to public storage where there a real company.

Pricing is very reasonable compared other storage facilities. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Multiple cameras are located throughout the facility. I highly suggest this business if your in the need of storing your valuables

The manager/women that answered the phone today was very rude and actually hung up on me. I get not being allowed to discuss certain things is understandable to just say what you have to say and hang up on me when I am still talking is so unprofessional and rude and after reading the awful help reviews for this store I can see that it is a pattern. You would think they want someone polite and friendly to work there because it's better for business or at least take a hint from all the bad reviews. I would have at least been polite.bwow...i am just in shock that a person...an adult....would really act like that while at work and somehow think it is ok. That is very sad . I would never rent here just based off the review alone.
