“Been coming here for 3 years since moving to the area. Love this laundromat! Always clean, a lot of machines, ample folding space, and friendly attendants. Not the least expensive, but my clothes are always clean and fresh after coming here — some cheaper places aren’t great about cleaning the machines and my clothes end up smelling metallic or moldy after — so the value matches the price.”

“We've used these folks many times, always do an excellent job on cloths, and especially our large California king comforters and blankets.

Also the owner did the nicest thing for me today, went next door to the UPS store which I really needed to reach, very generously helping me find out why I couldn't reach them.

The usual Spectrum "we'll get to it real soon now" service response had them out all day, so it is very appreciated to be able to get hold of them.

“This has become my preferred laundromat when it comes to washing large loads. Leaves my laundry smelling fresh and looking clean. This place is well lit and clean. Machines and dryers work great.There are some times that there are some machines down but management seems to get them up and running within a few business days. Great area near 7-Eleven and sushi restaurant.Would recommend to family and friends.”

“Customer Service - 5/5 : I would highly recommend this vendor. Although, I see some previous reviews that discredit this company on the account of not getting their money back and lack of customer service, I would like to strongly disagree. I have had no issues with this vendor refunding me the money spent on their machines when it didn't work. Granted YOU (complainant) or in my case, I had to call the company and file for a refund and give them the appropriate information to process my refund. Spoke to Johnny on my first incident and than again to Dave in another incidence. Both of these guys were of great help and quick to resolve my issues. I think people need to be mindful when it comes to apartment complexes and the amount of people who utilize these machines on a daily basis.”

“I got a coupon for 50% off so I gave them a try. I gave them a bridesmaid satin-like dress and a nice faux fur jacket to dry clean. Then I read the reviews and was terrified of how my clothing would come out. But it actually came out just fine! My only gripe with them is that they didn't let me know how much it would cost prior so even with "50% off" I might have probably been charged full price. They charged 29.50 for my long satin-like dress and 24.50 for my nice jacket. I'm glad I had that "50% off". But Yeah. Like others I wish they had price transparency.”
