I don't dry clean often. I was impressed with the communication. I had a tear I didn't see and they reached out. Text when it was complete, I replied to the text and had everything ready as I walked up. Prices seemed fair.

Cleaning was completed quickly - dropped off on Saturday and was done on Monday. My boyfriend’s white baseball jersey had stains from being washed with dark colors and they got them all out!

My washing machine quit mid-cycle leaving me with very wet not yet washed clothes.
I threw wet clothes into a plastic tub, and took them to Kona for Fluff and Fold. They told me ot would take two days...it only took one. Clothes returned smelling fresh, folded neatly in a stack, in a plastic bag. Delighted with their service!

I had an unexpected funeral to get to and need a suit and suede coat dry cleaned in 24hrs. They were very helpful and were able to get it to me with time to spare and were very communicative during the entire process.
