Chris R is really helpful and experienced in animal care. Friendly and easy going. Definitely always makes this store feel very welcoming. On the other hand this Petco location is one of the BEST stores in Orange County. Keep up the good work team!

The service used to be good last year but ever since they change groomers this place is a mess DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TAKING YOU PET HERE just find an other Petco.

Frozen Dog food has thawed prior to putting in the freezer again, the bites solidified into a brick after being refrozen, no other stores are like this. Only 2 people working the entire store, both with bad attitudes, I waited 20 minutes to check out when there was no one in the store or the cashier is talking about the Hollidays while your standing there with frozen bags of food. this is the worst PETCO I've been too!

Super bad experience. I bring my chihuahua 5/7/2024 1:45 pm just for nail trims and one vet assistance obviously without experience just hang and hang with a leash…..i ask her why she is trying of doing…..and the end both assistants said can’t do it. I can’t imagine how treat the pets inside for more services. The assistant has tatoo in her arms so don’t bring yojr pet with her is dangerous!!

I order online. I got fed up with PetSmart and now that PetCo has Nulo wet cat food and at the same price, I don't have to deal with PetSmart and their system that is so sensitive that none my payment methods are accepted, and the final nail in the coffin was making me order a minimum of 24 cans of cat food for same day delivery. The only thing I liked about PetSmart was how fast I could accumulate reward points and that I received so many of them. I always got a discount because it was so easy to gain lots of points fast. That's all I liked about them. I love that PetCo lets me order any number of cans I want and that I can add any of my payment methods to my account. I also appreciate that PetCo changed their same day delivery deadline. It used to be 2 PM but now it is later. I appreciate them making it easy for me to make my purchases online.
