Worst customer service ever! I dropped one of my husband's hats off because it needed a new sweatband inside. They offer services to repair hats. They told me when I dropped it off on August 31st it would take "a couple of weeks." When I went back on September 26th to ask if it was done, one of the employees had to mansplain to me that they always let people know it will be 3 weeks and it hadn't been 4 weeks yet since I dropped it off. But they still needed "a couple more weeks." When I called on October 19th to see if it was done, they finally admitted that they hadn't even started it. So I went to go get my husband's hat back. Both employees were standing/sitting not doing anything when I walked in. One of them had the audacity to tell me that "things take time." Yes, but unfortunately getting stuff done also requires you to actually GET STARTED! Don't waste your time with this store or any of the services they claim they provide!

Great place to find hats, vintage, jewelry, and clothing. Everybody there is very friendly. Also, they buy old stuff as well. Very fair.

Was impressed, right away, approaching the store. As a certified cheapskate, initially wondered if it wasn't the place for me. Really had something in mind to get though. After I'd been browsing a good while, the owner, Robert, came along and was Super Excellent! Laid all my wimpy story on him, he was not put off in the least, patiently spent good amount of time educating/assisting me. Ended up being able to make a satisfying purchase. Just an all-around enjoyable place to check out!You may have to hunt for parking and walk a bit, but, fer sher ? Worth It

Came here two weeks ago on a Monday and they were closed. So I came back out on a Tuesday and was able to check it out. The guys in there were extremely nice and very helpful, you don't see that much anymore. They have a wide selection of hats and to my surprise, they make hats as well! Come out and give them a look! Lots is cool items for sale

My friends Brian and Julie come to visit LA twice a year, and I introduce them to Joyride which is probably the only men vintage store I know. What's an extra bonus is that they sell hat bands and feathers and you can get your vintage hats re-sized and re-conditioned to make it new again! This time Brian brought over a 1920's hat that needs to be stretched and reconditioned and Michael the staff that was so patient and knowledgeable, it was all a very pleasant and satisfying experience. It will take some time but worth the wait to freshen up an old hat and give it a new life with a happy owner!
