I've been a happy client of Jon's for more than 20 years. While I certainly enjoy and collect his retail pieces - it is his artistry, professionalism and client-focused execution on custom work that is unparalleled. A few years after my husband passed away, I went to him with a drawing of my own design for a ring into which I wanted my engagement diamond set. Jon more than surpassed my delight. He recently upgraded the rocks in a 3-stone ring he'd done for me years ago. And to go an extra league (more than mile!) met me in DTLA for a couple of finishing touches. Jon is, himself, a rare and exceptional gem.

Hands down, Jon is the best! My mom has been a customer of his for a long time, and now I needed his help in repairing some jewelry. He was very prompt in responding to my initial email inquiry, and his customer service is awesome. He replaced the backing on 2 pairs of earrings for me, and he even finished them the same day I brought them in to his shop! I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing jewelry services!
