I’ve used Jadtec for yrs now. Their customer service is unbeatable and their equipment is top quality to say the least. I’ve yet to have any issues after 10 plus yrs.

Perhaps the worst customer service I have ever encountered, from the receptionist to the technicians. It cost me $115 dollars for the technician to change 2 batteries to stop the constant 2am beeping alerts! The beeping continued... I'm disconnecting my system. this will cost me $85.
