The service department is so good I look forward to going there. I’d even say that I have made a point to go and get something done when it wasn’t entirely necessary. The service manager is very knowledgeable and gives me a high degree of trust and the work performed as our exactly what’s needed. I also get the feeling that the parts department knows more about the motorcycles than the manufacturer does. Definitely a recommend.

Simply the best, most experienced BMW service center in the country. Having lived in other states where dealers absolutely cannot compare in knowledge or in community support, Irv's sets the Gold Standard.
Did I mention the cafe? Irv's now has The Flattrack Cafe in the Heritage building, and the food is absolutely to die for! Bonus: amazing coffee, roasted onsite!

I really like this shop for one specific Reason, Greg is very welcoming and friendly , he is for sure very knowledgeable and knows his business and the technicality of his operation ! His expertise is not like anyone else in California ! Great team expert in BMW , solution oriented , respect of schedule and deliver services with timely manner !
My mechanics Arthuro and Tom are phenomenal is like a cook in the Kitchen and has a sensitivity for anything Sounds and feeling that make him an expert in tuning the motorcycle like an Horloge . Arthuro and Tom are the right person to speak with any question you may have regarding your machine!!! They will have the answer for you!!

Another great experience at Irv Seaver. Greg was able to fit me in a Friday morning time for a minor service. While they did that I enjoyed a nice breakfast at their Flat Track Café. The bike was all set and they also addressed a couple minor items. All set for another year — thanks!

Irv Seaver is the Place! They did a great job repairing my R1150 for a reasonable price and kept me informed the entire process until repairs were completed. Greg in service was very helpful and went above and beyond his normal work duties, and I'm very pleased with my experience dealing with these guys! This place deserves 5 stars all the way.

Irv Seaver is a BMW Motorcycle Pit Crew Team. Greg in service was can do and flexible. The mechanic, Alex, did a great and fast job replacing my busted turn signal...I am sure this was a simple project for him. He seemed like one who could pull a boxer engine apart and put back together blindfolded. Nick and Adam in the sales department were great. Helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. As riders we are a family unto ourselves and Irv Seaver has a good one. They made me feel at home.

Across the board, first class operation. Although I have no way to know how good their techs are, my bike runs perfect and they deliver great service on time with professionalism. Jim, Adam, Robert and Devin all amazing at customer service.

12,000 mile service on 2022 GSA. Greg was great in replacing battery under warranty, replaced leaky tire and major service. All done in the morning at very fair price!

The good: no bogus fees.
The bad: it took a month and several attempts to get them to respond and send a quote.
Unfortunately, the quote came when BMW's summer incentives were about to expire. I would really have liked to purchase a bike from them, but ended up going with New Century.

Brought my XR in for the 6k service. They got it done very quickly and for a very fair price. Highly recommend! Will be back for sure!

Came in to get my sizing for shoei ending up learning about my head shape and proper sizing for my helmet. I planned to get my helmet elsewhere on sale and they were still more than glad to take the time and get me the perfect fit and sizing. I thought I was a large but came out learning I'm a medium. Thanks to David as well, excellent service!
