Don’t use these guys.
They didn’t use a dolley to move a fridge from 2nd floor with no elevator. Broke my 55 inch TV. They only offered $15 for reimbursement which they never gave to me. Instead stopped answering phone calls. Worst service ever.

I'm so thankful for Nick and Ruben for helping us move from a second floor to a 3rd floor unit. They are very strong, friendly and they came on time. I highly recommend! You will be satisfied!

About a week ago I had contacted Iron movers to help move my stuff. The two men were nice and they transferred my stuff, however, it was done in a trailer. I was disappointed that two items were damaged. The first I was made aware about which was the bookshelf. Half of the entire back got ripped off when they were driving and one of them pulled out a shelf that was made to stay in place. They asked if a $30.00 discount was ok and I told them that the bookshelf itself is $150? I would either have to get stuff to repair it, costing me more money or buy an entire new one. Which would obviously cost me even more money. I was kind, and settled for $40 because the men were nice and I figured I would find a way. In hindsight, I should of had them take off more. As I continued to arrange my stuff by putting them away, I found another piece of furniture destroyed. This time no one told me about it and I found it on my own. I had messaged Mark with photos telling him how upset I was because it's another thing that is broken except this was an antique. Mark never responded to me. Instead one of the movers called to apologize on his own accord and he mentioned he hoped that mark could work it out with me. I assumed Mark was the owner. If he is not, the owner never reached out to me to reimburse me. It is unacceptable and unprofessional and he should of reimbursed me half for the damages. I would not recommend using them especially since the owner does not take accountability to make things ok, lacking customer service. I am very upset especially since a week has gone by with silence. I've spent more money than anticipated and spending just under $300 for movers to damage your belongings, leaving you to spend more money to fix and/or replace is insanity.

My husband and I have used Iron Man Movers twice and both times I have thought about writing this review but haven't until this experience. We used them first in June 2018 and then again in June 2021. I reached out to use them again this month February 2023.Let me just start by saying that both times we used them to move the guys who showed up were on time and got to work. Nothing was ever broken, they were fast, and did not stand around.THAT BEING SAID... every time I have reached out for a quote or to set up moving they have been difficult to work with. At first they are prompt but with specific questions regarding moves I have always been left feeling like I am bothering them??? This particular time (2023) I reached out on semi-short notice (10 days before move). I was flexible with the days but specific with times (as we have a toddler) and they stopped responding promptly or responded things that were unhelpful and didn't move the process forward. I was left felt like I was begging them to come rather than a paying customer. For example Feb 22nd Me: Hi Mark, I'm looking at the weather and it's showing rain on Monday the 27. I'm opening to seeing if it changes but you would be available Sunday if not?After calling and text them to check inFeb 24th Them: We are not available on Sunday.Me: Ok I understand that. Are you still available on Monday? It says 50% chance of rain obviously I don't know when it's anticipated to rain yet would you be able to play it by ear when you would come that day depending on the weather?Thank you.Followed by no response.Ultimately we decided to go a different direction. Maybe just be prepared for this when in communication with them.

Mark responded super quick to my request for a quote, scheduled our move, showed up EXACTLY on time and brought David with him. They were both incredibly careful and tidy. Worked fast and carefully and were very thoughtful. I would 100% use this company again.

The positive - they showed up early and were very efficient. The negative- they damaged our staircase and railing when one of the movers started to drop our hutch. They have acknowledged the damage but refused to fix the damage. Owner is sarcastic and doesn’t respond to requests for repairs. If you value your new house and furniture go with another company.

They moved my neighbors upstairs and the banging was unbelievable!! Sounds like they didn't place the furniture their they Dropped It!! All Of It!! Very very Loud!!!

So disappointing. We asked for a 3 man crew and 2 men and a high school freshman showed up. Turns out the crew was subcontracted and they still charged us for 3 men. The crew said well we worked harder to make up for him. While the "two" men did a great job, we should have paid for 2! The truck was half of the size we asked for and the owner said he would credit us 1-2 hours for inconvenience. Oh no - we were credited 30 min and the crew argued with us and the owner and no one owned what we were promised. We absolutely overpaid and I hoped the owner would make it right. Our check was cashed and silence. Absolutely do not recommend.

They were professional but friendly in their approach to helping with the move. No surprise pricing and handled all items with much care. We needed flexibility with scheduling and they made that work as well. Highly recommend!

I spoke to Mark about the Groupon deal and he went through every detail and answered my all questions. The day of the move, Luis and Angel were professional, friendly, and efficient. They moved all the items asked of them in 45 minutes! (List of items included: refrigerator, two curios cabinets, three couches, a TV, an entertainment center, a dresser, a bed frame and an adjustable bed base (very heavy I might add). I look forward to using them in the future for a possible move!

I am a firm believer in first impressions mattering. I was shopping around for my upcoming move and saw this company had a Groupon deal. There was no information surrounding the cost for drive time, so I decided to call. The line picked up, and I heard, "This is Mike." I let him know I had some questions. He asked where I heard about the company. He explained the basic details of the Groupon to me, which I already understood from having read the Groupon. He did not directly address my question. It was incredibly hard to hear since it sounded like he was driving on the freeway. He said something to the effect that made it seem drive time would get calculated into the number of hours charged. When I tried to confirm, he said he would have to call me back. Did I receive a call back? I certainly did not. Days have passed, and I have happily moved on to doing business with Qshark for my move.

Excellent moving company. We used them to move us out of our apartment that was on the 3rd floor. We had everything packed up and staged before they came. The two movers quickly and carefully moved everything out of our apartment and into a storage unit. Nothing was damaged in the move. We couldn't believe how effortlessly they moved our large items.
