This was my first time purchasing a used Car. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have found John and Richelle the owners of IN LANE AUTO. Prior to coming in contact with them which I may add, the process was fast and easy from start to finish and I never felt rushed.I went to a couple of used car dealerships and I could not see myself purchasing a car from the dealerships I came in contact with. I also went to recognized dealerships and the treatment and the peace that comes from purchasing a car from a recognized dealership was there but they were not able to help me get the price range I was looking for.With John and Richelle I received the treatment one receives at a recognize dealership if not better, I felt comfortable with them because they provided all the facts about the vehicle and they also beat everyones else’s price. They were also pretty flexible and worked with my schedule. They held the car for me for a few days and they were able to offer me a better and more affordable warranty thanwhat my bank offered me and also help me save money on gap insurance.I highly recommend IN LANE AUTO . John and Richelle go above and beyond for their customer and they treat you like family.

John and Richelle were polite and helpful at the beginning. We both had scheduling conflicts that we worked around, but had seen positive reviews online so I kept trying. When I finally made the drive out to see the car (only had 12k miles), it was nowhere near the condition described to me on the phone. I showed just before appointment time, waited in the lot for 20 minutes and no one showed up. I had brought my family with me with every intention of driving the new car off the lot but the no-show forced me to leave. When I reached out a week later to make an offer taking into account the cosmetic damage, 8 year old tires and chassis rust, John was extremely hostile over the phone . I can't recommend a dealership that exhibits rude behavior and overall disrespect.

We drove a little over a hundred miles to look at a car at In Lane Auto and it was worth it. We liked the condition of the car and quickly agreed on a price. We were also given more for our trade-in than expected. Much better than your typical used car experience. We’re very happy, thank you John and Richelle.

This place is great! I got the best service, from everyone when I was looking to buy a reliable, fuel efficient cool car. When I called, I was greeted, and booked an appointment. Rebecca held the car for me until I could drive it. The service manager followed up, after my purchase, and John the owner answered my service questions right away by text. The car turned out to be an excellent, low mileage Mazda 6, that gets 35 MPG. Thank you. I highly recommend.Although this was a used car, the price was great, and In Lane also installed a new battery, oil change, filters and both original keys!

Where do I even start!??!First of all their patience and their service was the best I have ever experienced!I had found a Toyota RAV4 on carfax and it lead me to them, and I'm so happy it did. I asked them a couple questions before considering and after all I wanted to continue in having business with them. I came in and we discussed some business, because of my low credit score but they were able to help me and find a solution. What I loved also is they weren’t pushy about anything, they were real about everything and numbers , also they were open to talking to a family member on the phone to explain finances and they provided clear information on everything. Also answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation.I truly appreciate all the help and effort they did for me to drive out with a car I was looking for and dreaming of. They really did all they can to provide food service.Jon and richelle are the best and great people !
