Been having issues with location for a while. But, I figured I'd give them a shot. I've been giving them my money for over 20 years on and off. Today I went in for 6' of biodegradable rope and planed on buying a decent chop saw after. I asked for help from a very nice lady wearing a white sweatshirt and heard her reach out to get me help(she deserves her job and was very nice). However, I waited 10 mins and asked for assistance again from another employee... no one ever came to help, 20 mins wasted. The employees are more concerned about talking to each other and hitting on fellow employees. I'll never return to purchase, ill only go there to disorganized the store. There is ace hardware, McFadden and Ganahl Lumber close enough to avoid this hell hole of BS employees. Sorry self checkout girl in the white sweater, you where awesome (ur fellow employees ignored me even as they walked by and saw me pointing at the rope). Don't go here if you can avoid it I almost just went to there tool department to get a ruler and cut it myself. But, I decided homedepot doesn't deserve my money. P.S.: store manager, get ur stuff together... you got the worst store in OC and you lost corporate a long term customer.

For the most part I now shop on line and have it delivered. This store has gone completely downhill, whether it be no place to park because the fruit vendors, immigrants looking for work standing around, carts left in parking stalls. Employees attitudes used to be helpful and friendly. Now you cant find one to help if needed. I asked about why the fruit vendors were allowed on Home Depot property, the employee told me that there is nothing they can do and nothing Orange PD will do. The immigrant he said is just trying to make some money. Wow. The store on Katella is as bad or worse. North Tustin HD is surrounded by subsidized housing and immigrant problems. I should have stayed away seeing the security signs and lights. Not only has America gone down the Toilet, makes sense that Home Depot is too.

Good selection of cactus and succulents in a clean, well located facility with ample parking. Courteous employees.

Billy was very friendly and very helpful recommending the Fiskars 12 foot pole saw and even had experience using it. The store had it in stock and at a good price.

If I could leave no stars that would be the rating. Rented a generator for our business over a weekend. The generator wouldn't stay running longer than an hour. They would answer the phone and hang up, or transfer us to a dead line. 5x we called. We were 3 hours away so returning in when the issue happened was not possible. We ended up having to purchase a generator to get our job completed. The following monday we explained the situation. There response was we would answer the phone if you called, so you must be lying. You should have called all day every 30 minutes until you got in touch with someone. We asked for a refund and they declined. So we rented a buster generator full price. Customer service at its finest. We eve offered to show the receipt and credit charge for the generator that needed to be purchased. This place is a sham, horrible to deal with. Guess they're needing that rental money though. Kudos Home Depot.

Always agreeable. Good people work there. Some actually know their products well. You're going to thank me.

Service was exactly how a retail business should be. What I enjoyed the most was the customer service I received from an order puller who didn't work the department I was in and still spent twenty minutes helping me find my merchandise. Thank you Davy A helping me out so much.

Asked for help. Was passed to two people. Waited 30 minutes. Getting a little heated, but staff took care of it in end.

Not my favorite HD, smaller not much stock. Would recommend checking availability before going there, don’t just expect them to have what most Home Depot’s have everyday.
